the mosaique resturante is very nice resturante with worm atmosphere and great hospitality from all staff and especially from Mr khawar and saiful. the food was great, tasty and different varieties. I want to thank the cheif for that marvelous food . thanks to all staff. see you agsin

Hotel is great, near to Riyadh season, staff is nice specially Seeta & Hatoun at the reception were very helpful. Rooms are large and comfy. Lobby is beautiful Breakfast was good. Nothing negative to say except the pricing. Will come here again :)

I had a wonderful stay at Crown Plaza The hotel was incredibly nice, with clean and comfortable rooms that made my visit very relaxing. The service was also excellent—everything was taken care of promptly and with a smile. A special Nagraj and the restaurant staff, who were such nice people and made my stay good memorable !

I loved staying here it’s clean ,,, beautiful atmosphere,… ..great and helpful staff and would specially thank Hattoun for her help and Rayouf for answering my calls and the concierge for helping alI the time …... I would always to come back

Over all my experience was so worst Need improve quality of service last my visit with my Friends it was worst for coffee we arw waiting more then 35 min and srltafd are feeling Even apologise an ihg one of biggest company pls request improve your service quality 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Staff in every position were approachable and helpful. A special thank you to Ramjan in housekeeping who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at home. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and the bathroom luxurious and functional. There was a lot of choice of food at breakfast and lunch, and the food was high quality.

Overall myexperience really disappointed and ilneed to improvement quality of food and tasteless food and front desk need more updates regarding service (faster) ,😣😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😣😣😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😣😣😣
