We' e been staying at this hotel every time when we are in Rockland. Unfortunately, we will never stay again because of the fron desk representative Emilie. She did not provide a good service to our families. 4 families who checked in and are all elite members. I asked if we could use the breakfast area for dinner and she did not respond. I told her we will clean the area, again she did not respond and made a face. Finally, i asked for the manager, Desmon who came pit right away. He allowed us to use the breakfast area. Desmon was very accommodating. Unfortunately, we will never stay at this hotel again because of the front desk representative Emilie. Not very welcoming and not smiling. You could tell she has a bad attitude.

I was visiting family over the weekend and decided to stay at the quality Inn based on the reviews I read. I don’t know who could be rating this a four or five star hotel. I usually stay at the Hampton or Hilton Garden Inn nearby on route 59. They are always in good shape and clean with friendly and helpful staff. This was not the case for Quality Inn. I chose it based on reviews and proximity to the highway. I stayed there many years ago and the hotel was fine, clean friendly staff then. However that was not the case this time. They appear to be under some renovation right now. That was not apparent when I made the reservation or I would’ve chosen differently. However the staff is not very welcoming not rude but not very caring. The smell of smoke in the rooms is unacceptable. This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel somebody was smoking and I smelled it in my room. The hallway on the second floor where I stayed was not vacuumed there were crumbs. I arrived at 4 o’clock in the afternoon you would expect the hotel to be clean and ready to accept visitors. From the outside you could see the window screens that were torn and not replaced on windows. I was very surprised at the overall run down appearance and unfortunately I did stay there even though it was my inclination to cancel my reservation and go to another hotel. In my room the only thing that was in good shape was the sink that appeared to be new and the entry floor. The bed looked like it needed to be replaced the shower was not particularly clean looking although it had been cleaned. The curtain that hangs on the window was falling off of the curtain track and had holes when the lights were off you could see at night through the tears. Although they were not large tears so I did not see them in the daylight. The mini refrigerator was clean. I was charged enough money for this hotel that to expect far better conditions.I would not recommend this hotel.

Managment and corporate couldn't give a crap about this property!!! The family and I stayed here for 1 night as we had driven up to visit the New York Renn Faire the next day. Arrived late, 9:30pm. Walked into lobby that absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. Lobby was dank and disgusting. The plastic covid protector was half gone having broken off. So they neither removed it completely or bothered to repair it. I should have known by the looks of the Lobby that the room was going to be just as bad. The room was awfull. The floor was dirty with food particles from previous guest. Paint wqs chipping and peeling throughout the room. Bed sheets had stains, pillow cases had stains and hair on them. Looked as though the beds were made between guests but the sheets weren't switched out for new ones. The bathroom atleast had new apparently clean towels, however the shower was gross. The shower head caked in lime stains. We had to pull all the sheets off the beds and use our own shirts to cover the pillows. I had tried to call the front desk to get new pillows, however the phone in the room didn't even work. Barely got any sleep. Oh yeah and the ”light breakfast” included consisted of a coffee machine in the lobby with something given put in brown paper bags. Tried to call corporate after our stay. Their response when I complained was I had to deal with the hotel itself. From a supervisor named Collin from their customer care line, ”I get what I deserve” I guess you get what you deserve when you try to stay at a budget friendly Wyndham property.

I was visiting family over the weekend and decided to stay at the quality Inn based on the reviews I read. I don’t know who could be rating this a four or five star hotel. I usually stay at the Hampton or Hilton Garden Inn nearby on route 59. They are always in good shape and clean with friendly and helpful staff. This was not the case for Quality Inn. I chose it based on reviews and proximity to the highway. I stayed there many years ago and the hotel was fine, clean friendly staff then. However that was not the case this time. They appear to be under some renovation right now. That was not apparent when I made the reservation or I would’ve chosen differently. However the staff is not very welcoming not rude but not very caring. The smell of smoke in the rooms is unacceptable. This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel somebody was smoking and I smelled it in my room. The hallway on the second floor where I stayed was not vacuumed there were crumbs. I arrived at 4 o’clock in the afternoon you would expect the hotel to be clean and ready to accept visitors. From the outside you could see the window screens that were torn and not replaced on windows. I was very surprised at the overall run down appearance and unfortunately I did stay there even though it was my inclination to cancel my reservation and go to another hotel. In my room the only thing that was in good shape was the sink that appeared to be new and the entry floor. The bed looked like it needed to be replaced the shower was not particularly clean looking although it had been cleaned. The curtain that hangs on the window was falling off of the curtain track and had holes when the lights were off you could see at night through the tears. Although they were not large tears so I did not see them in the daylight. The mini refrigerator was clean. I was charged enough money for this hotel that to expect far better conditions.I would not recommend this hotel.

Managment and corporate couldn't give a crap about this property!!! The family and I stayed here for 1 night as we had driven up to visit the New York Renn Faire the next day. Arrived late, 9:30pm. Walked into lobby that absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. Lobby was dank and disgusting. The plastic covid protector was half gone having broken off. So they neither removed it completely or bothered to repair it. I should have known by the looks of the Lobby that the room was going to be just as bad. The room was awfull. The floor was dirty with food particles from previous guest. Paint wqs chipping and peeling throughout the room. Bed sheets had stains, pillow cases had stains and hair on them. Looked as though the beds were made between guests but the sheets weren't switched out for new ones. The bathroom atleast had new apparently clean towels, however the shower was gross. The shower head caked in lime stains. We had to pull all the sheets off the beds and use our own shirts to cover the pillows. I had tried to call the front desk to get new pillows, however the phone in the room didn't even work. Barely got any sleep. Oh yeah and the ”light breakfast” included consisted of a coffee machine in the lobby with something given put in brown paper bags. Tried to call corporate after our stay. Their response when I complained was I had to deal with the hotel itself. From a supervisor named Collin from their customer care line, ”I get what I deserve” I guess you get what you deserve when you try to stay at a budget friendly Wyndham property.
