The room was not what was originally booked. My daughter who is in a Wheelchair stated that the bathroom floor was sticky and and she did pressure relief by using her hands to lift via the wheels on her chair. They were black and had to wash them multiple times. The "Breakfast in the morning as an option was hard to know what was available since we had to ask for everything. The eggs looked and tasted like rubber and gross. The room didn't have a microwave and the refrigerator was plugged into and extension cord. The only microwave that was available for the hotel guests was in the breakfast area. It looked like it had been pulled out of a dumpster and was dented and filthy. The room and other areas of the building showed that the roof leaked at some point and had not been repainted. The doors that should have been accessible from the outside via room key or physical key were not locked and it appeared that at least to homeless persons were staying in the lobby area at the least most of the day. Needless we will not stay there again.

The carpet really smells bad. I had to wear face mask to sleep

Overall, it seemed clean, but I had some issues. At first the refrigerator in my room did not work and a desk drawer handle was broken. They gave me another room. This room had a hair dryer with a burnt cord that had put a burn mark on the sink and only one towel in the room. The breakfast was a bit skimpy. There was one yogurt container available. After I took that one, they only refilled the refrigerator with one more yogurt. Only a few slices of one type of bread for toast. No milk or juice options. I did not have any major issues, however, with all of the options in the area I chose to stay somewhere else on my next trip.

We just needed a 1 night stay before our weekend trip to DC. The hotel was easy to find, the check in was easy and the staff was really friendly.

When I noticed the room I was given had the smell from smoking, the desk clerk was very willing and nice about letting me get a different room.

It was a good place to stay for one night on New Year’s Eve. The staff is welcoming and the breakfast in the morning was great.

Sheets with blood stains, broken glass on carpet, broken shower door. Hot water wasn’t working. We left early

The key card reader on the outside door near our room did not work and someone kept putting a stick in the door to keep it open. This did not seem safe to us. Also, the staff was very loud outside our room in the mornings and knocked on our door each day before nine am to clean the room. There were no door hanger notifications available to let them know not to bother us, so that should be taken care of. The food at the breakfast was just ok, not particularly fresh, although there were several options. Overall I guess you get what you pay for.

We were looking for an over night stay and price was right! Room was clean and beds comfortable. Complimentary breakfast helped us to be on our way quickly.

It’s due for a renovation—the carpets are quite worn and it generally looks pretty tired out. But the staff were friendly, the coffee was much better than average, the hot n breakfast was good, and the WiFi was strong. It was fine for a night.
