What an amazing stay. Staff are friendly and helped to show how everything worked in the room when we arrived. Amazing soaking tub with an incredible view, gorgeous bathroom with all of the amenities, and automated curtains. Fresh fruit seated us upon arrival. Loved the breakfast I’ll be back 🤩

定之前期待值很高，入住後其實感覺也沒有那麼驚艷，中規中矩。直白點就是不值這個價格。
奔着私湯去的，私湯水温可以，服務員介紹是消過毒，所以衞生應該算過關，但詢問了是否有精油或者玫瑰花類的泡湯物料是沒有的。
房間內贈送的香薰還是宜家…幾塊錢一版的，自己家我是放在廁所用的….所以我覺得酒店用就不夠高級…
我們入住的較晚，有溝通能否把下午茶更換別的，也是説沒有別的服務…就相當於浪費了個下午茶😐早餐也是中規中矩並沒有很豐富..😐100-200點酒店的標配..

Best stay I’ve had in China. The room was very spacious and clean. There was complimentary fruit basket at check in. Got free special drink at night. There aren’t any restaurants nearby but the reception helped me order delivery.  they have an in-house restaurant which you can order from. breakfast was also great. The portions are huge.  the private spa was working properly, and there were no bugs inside. 100% recommend.

揚子-在南京的驚喜體驗
“文化 美學 人文 歷史 賓至如歸”
忙裡抽閑和朋友約好在南京度假兩天，篩除了商務酒店，想深度體驗一下南京的文化底藴，偶然間發現了頤和揚子。和朋友都鍾愛民國復古風，沒想到到達之後體驗比預期還要更好。
酒店的入口並不明顯，周圍有一些居民區和待建成的工地。但是走進入口的石磚路面，便被濃濃的民國氛圍包裹。友好熱情的管家在辦理完入住之後，主動帶領參觀了整個酒店空間。古堡由明代時期的石磚建成，是真正的古董歷史建築，從每一磚都可以感受到時光穿梭的痕跡。室內空間高程度的保留了民國時代的空間佈置，包漿的木板和老傢俱都散發出了時光賦予格外迷人的氣息，讓人對這裏的一切都充滿了好奇和嚮往。
特定時代的審美賦予了這裏的空間是靈動的，充滿了想象力，走進宋慶齡開過舞會的舞廳，辦過宴席的包間，彷彿真實的場景在眼前油然而生。
房間的設計舒適典雅，空間硬件方面在老建築的前提下，和現代新酒店個人認為並沒有需要比較的地方，保持的已經相對完美了，對於我而已，並不會因為細節的損耗而減分，服務人員的熱情有求必應也給居住的體驗增添了更多的舒適和温馨感。

周圍未完成的工地可能是令人遺憾的美中不足，但是對於我兩天的體驗來説瑕不掩瑜，揚子未來可期，已經是南京出行首選啦！

This was the first hotel in China that made a strong impression on the exceptionally great service back when I was living in China back in 2009.
Everything is effortless yet well thought of. I stayed at the Jinling Hotel 15 years ago with my wife. 15 years on we came back with our young children and the service remains as exceptionally impeccable. You can tell right from the GM (Mark) through to the front desk (Leo Huo) the service comes from the heart. Thank you Leo for taking care of me and my family during our short stay in Nanjing. Keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

The lady was very pleasant and gave us a room upgrade. It has a nice private hot spring tub, large enough to accommodate us. Breakfast was also sumptuous. It was quite difficult to book its address on Didi but we just used the Chinese address instead of the English one. The entire village is a hot springs B&B and I think we chose a good one.

YYayajiuxihuanchi有一説一：優點，早餐不錯，無論從品種和口味來説，都挺好的，小朋友也喜歡，泳池對於民宿來説不小算大的了，雖然池子裏有小動物，晚上也看見一衹蟑螂在水裡，能理解，我很自然的用水流把它給送走，時間早9晚9開放，對於玩水的小朋友們很友好，然後民宿安全性挺高，早點6點多出去散步是出不去門的，大門是鎖門，要打電話給他們值班的開門才能出去。
缺點：1：房間榻榻米設計實在不合理，它是一整塊板然後就是床的位置是凹進去的。所以，就導致像圖一紅圈那個位置一樣，小朋友眼睛不注意看很容易崴到腳，我大人有一次也不小心把腳指頭給扭了
2：衞生間水槽枱麪下面太鋒利了，一不小心抬腿就槓到把我的大腿直接拉破了，下水都不好下，第二天早晨又紫又腫，我大人可以忍忍所以退房的時候也沒跟商家説，畢竟是我自己不注意導致的！
3：民宿在理想村中間進去，有好多層台階上去才能到，我們自駕是從另外一個門，把車停在停車場，他們用擺渡車接我們過去的，自己走路過去不近要幾分鐘，尤其是8月份這麼熱的天
4：民宿一共就12間房，由於是我們也是本地人，小孩子就想玩水才選擇你家近，當我主動和商家商量，一會我家弟弟他們因為住江寧離得近，我們晚上約了在民宿附近農家樂吃飯，我説如果他們來得早能否到你家民宿進我們房間休息玩會行不行，店家回答是不給進，這麼熱的天外面40度的天，則麼説就是不給進，我説你們是不是擔心有小朋友進你家泳池玩水，我説保證不進你家泳池玩水就是，我説問問你們老闆呢商量下，直接告訴我説老闆在國外。呵呵，他家從大廳進房間也要刷門禁，從房間進泳池要開關開門下，從泳池回房間也要刷門禁卡，第二天早晨我游泳忘了帶門禁卡，衹好打電話把我老公喊醒到泳池這來接我才能回房間！
5：作為一家一晚普通房間1000多的民宿來説，床品真的夠嗆，我也算個旅遊愛好者了，基本在外面都能睡着，他家床真的很不舒服，太軟，被子嘎啦嘎啦響，一夜沒則麼睡！
我的服務分衹留給他家擺渡車的那位捲髮黑衣服小哥哥，走的時候幫我們拿行李送上車！還有早晨泳池衞生的那位阿姨也不錯！其餘服務基本也沒了！
本身從進門就跟我説不接待任何訪客人員開始，已無任何好感！且不説來客會打擾到別的住客休息的原因，這個無非就是店家找的理由吧！店家也是這麼説的！
另外他家是我很早前收藏的民宿了，沒想到也就戛然而止了！就近的溧陽民宿住了這麼多家，從沒這麼要求規矩過，更沒這麼不人性化過！**的老闆衹在我們自己的城市南京見識了！

1. Room cleaning is not every day, for 5 nights it was cleaned only 4 times.
2. Dirty bathroom, fungus grows on bathroom furniture.
3. Breakfast does not match the description, ”European breakfast” but it is typical Chinese cuisine. Food is constantly scarce. A lot of dirty dishes.
4. The staff of the boys at the reception (staff) are not professionals, hes work slowly, they register at the hotel for a very long time. My score is 3 out of 5 points
⚠️. The hotel administration needs to check the qualifications of their staff, there are very few professionals. I would like to come back to the hotel later and make sure that they have corrected the mistakes.😉

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI have never felt so compelled to write a review for a hotel. Our stay at Jinling Mandarin Garden Hotel Nanjing was a disappointing one. First of all the theme room we reserved was a very small room with view of another building with absolutely no privacy. The corridor and the room reeked of cigarette smoke at all time. So much so we had to turned off the centralised cooling system and rely on a fan I requested from the front desk. Anyway the cooling system was set at 23 and felt very stuffy. The light in the toilet turned off after a certain period and the motion sensor was not the most sensitive. I paid for comfort and do not appreciate to be dictate when and how to use them. I like my room to be 20C and lights on during the time I’m in the shower however long it takes. And absolutely do not appreciate to be subjected to inhale secondhand smoke for the last 2 days. It was a birthday celebration that has been ruined, not only that you didn’t take note of the request, first was given a room without a bathtub then we finally settled with one that has one but stank with cigarettes smell and with absolutely no view.
Breakfast was very average but sufficient, full unhappy staffs standing around. Coffee was excellent though. Beside the good location right next to Fuzimiao that’s nothing good about the hotel unfortunately. It takes lots of tourist groups so the breakfast area gets very busy. For the price we paid there are many more better hotels to choose from in the area. My biggest regret in this trip.

JJxzI recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. The hotel was nicely designed, and the staff were friendly (Xiao Qin, Xiao Cha and the supervisor). They also recommended places to visit and guided us on how to travel around the area. Their service was great as they assisted us with issues we faced and even helped to upgrade our room. The location was also very convenient for navigating around, as it’s near the Metro station and also close to the food street with many dining options! Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

Jenis bilik yang ditempah pada asalnya adalah di bangunan utama di lobi Terdapat terlalu banyak keluarga dengan kanak-kanak di sana, dan ramai orang tidak dapat mengawal anak-anak mereka. Saya mempunyai mata air panas, jadi saya memutuskan untuk menambah wang untuk menukar jenis bilik.
Pertama sekali, saya ingin memuji pembantu rumah kecil (Wu Meiyu, perkhidmatannya sangat baik👍👍👍). , dan saya bersedia untuk datang lagi.
Pembantu rumah di bilik 9016 juga sangat baik Jika anda mempunyai sebarang permintaan, mereka akan cuba sedaya upaya untuk membantu dan memberikan bantuan dalam masa yang singkat.
Lokasi villa air panas sangat tenang dan tenang Penyewa yang bukan dari kawasan ini jarang datang ke sini. Pemandangan tasik sangat natural dan tidak banyak kemudahan buatan menikmati pemandangan tasik Ia sangat tenang dan selesa untuk tidur pada waktu malam.
Kakitangan di seluruh hotel adalah sopan dan bersemangat terhadap pengunjung.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location close to metro to get to the office everyday, while also being near to the tourist area for a chance to see a bit of Nanjing of an evening. Plenty of food options around.
Only downside was the light switches are led and bright - eye mask recommended if you like a dark room.
Not the newest hotel around, it was comfy, clean and had everything I needed. The wifi worked for me (not the case in some hotels I stayed in on this trip). The room was spacious, and the sitting area handy to keep luggage etc out of the way. Unfortunately no view from the window, but the window did open, which was nice.

JJuliaVery comfortable stay, easy to deliver takeaway food with their cute robot machine which delivers to your doorstep, also spacious room with clean toilet and instant warm water, it was a good experience and I would choose this location if I come to Nanjing again. We chose a non smoking room and there was no smoke smell at all the corridors or room
