Ilze was a fantastic host and the property waz in a great location. The rooms were perfectly appointed and very comfortable beds. A bit of street noise was the only issue, but the rooms in the back are more quiet.

The staff were always welcoming, helpful and friendly, the location was perfect, within walking distance of most of Rome's attractions and major shopping streets. We're definitely planning a return visit and I warmly recommend it if course!

My experience at the guest house in the historic center of Rome was simply wonderful. The facility is impeccable: cleanliness, a welcoming atmosphere, and an elegance that blends perfectly with the historical charm of the Eternal City. The receptionist was kind and and always available to provide advice and assistance. Their courtesy made the stay even more enjoyable, making me feel at home. The location in the heart of the historic center was a real advantage: just steps away from the most iconic attractions, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the beauty of Rome without having to make long journeys. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for not only a place to stay but an authentic and comfortable experience in Rome. It will definitely be my first choice for the next trip.

I was pleasantly surprised by this beautiful structure in the historic center. Contrary to what I had read in the reviews of another guest, the elevator exists and the rooms are located on the third floor of a beautiful nineteenth-century building. The reception is open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. To check -in they have sent a message with all the details and for us everything was really very simple. But the most beautiful thing was experiencing Rome like a local, walking out the door and finding two steps away from Spanish steps and Piazza del Popolo and the top of international brands. We will definitely be back for a longer holiday.

We had a very nice stay here while visiting all that Rome has to offer. Michelle was a wonderful host who took good care of us. If you expect 5 star accomodation this is not the place for you. It is more of a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. The location was excellent and walking distance to most of the sights and great restaurants. The street was very noisy but that was the result of the Rome football tram winning a championship and it was quite a party atmosphere.

We booked our stay in advance and were excited to come. Unfortunately couldn't arrive due to covid flight restrictions. When we tried to explain the situation, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, with no empathy at all. He didn't offer us any solutions and charged us for the entire stay (3 nights) even though we couldn't leave our country. So disappointing, not recommended, especially during covid times, stay away.

First of all it was very close to everything since it was in the centre of Rome.Second the room was very clean.Third we felt safe and sound.And last but not least What can I say about Michelle …..She was an excellent hostess friendly and hospitable lucky to have you….And the lady downstairs she was also very kind and sweet. Very good location in the heart of Rome, very close to the Spanish Steps, spacious apartment with kitchenette, quite clean, working air conditioning. Unfortunately in the separate apartments across the street the windows do not close properly, leaving a gap between window and frame so wide you can put a finger through, so you are more or less fully exposed to all the usual city center liveliness from the street downstairs, ranging from party people enjoying their night out to the street cleaners at 5 in the morning - next to the sounds and noise from the upstairs apartment and the laundry room, to which the door cannot be closed properly either, and which can (and will be) used 24h. The bathroom is so small that you will need a couple of tries to figure out how to close the door, and then open it again while you are actually in the bathroom. Btw, there is no ventilation in bathroom. If you are a light sleeper, the noise will probably outweigh the advantages of this apartment for you. It did for us, which is why we can only give it an inadequate rating unfortunately.

Soggiorno di una notte con la mia famiglia, al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti in maniera ottima dal personale di servizio, il quale ci ha poi spiegato molto bene come funzionava l'accesso alla struttura e alle camere. Camera molto pulita e ben curata, ovviamente la posizione in centro è super!
