Ulasan Hotel Nizza

Room is old and there is only one charging port in the room. However, it is located at the city centre so that very convenient to go any places.

The hotel is in a great location! Unfortunately that’s the only positive. It is a dilapidated old building where nothing works but the rude staff will condescend to you that it does. I heard the rude old man at the front desk tell a family that “the air conditioning is working, it’s at 20%” and then ignore them. It was surreal. I was told by the only actually good staff member, a young guy with an air of helping his parents try to salvage a failing business, that the hotel has two air conditioners, but one is broken. Then the elevator died 3 days into our 6 night stay. The breakfast was just a bunch of croissants and some sweaty ham. There were two drink machines but they were janky. It was all just bad. The room was dirty, there was a hole in the ceiling above the bed, the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain, the shower door thing wound up making the floor get wetter than it would if there was nothing there. I could overlook most of this, but having to wet a towel and drape it over myself to fall asleep in a room that stayed hotter than it was outside was enough to drive me crazy. To put it into context 3 of the days we’re between 39-42 degrees. It was hot, and it stayed that hot or hotter in the room. If you are willing to overlook these things, it’s close to the train station, and if you’re a lizard you’ll have a great time.

Great location which is only a few mins walk from the train station to the hotels. A lot of restaurants nearby which is very nice as well. Big room. However, it looks a bit old and poor soundproof. Still in an acceptable range for that if you are only very sensitive to any sound. All their staff are very helpful too! I would recommend if you want to live nearby to the Roma Termini.

Location is good but no air conditioner , room is small and toilet door broken, can’t close properly , had big hole on the ceiling. No maintenance. terrible. Stay 3 nights can’t sleep well. Really not recommend to anyone.

位置離火車站稍遠，但在一條小巷裡很安靜。 旁邊餐廳酒吧林立 前台服務人員很有禮貌，有位老太太英文説的還不錯。我也碰到傳説中會説中文的小帥哥了，我還教了他一句中文：“吃了嗎”？ 酒店設施一般，但在火車站同級別酒店裡也算中檔的。我沒有看見傳説中房間牆上的一個大洞，有個洞是保險箱。 房間也比較乾淨，沒有傳説中的各種小蟲子。 早餐還可以。 酒店前台旁邊有個小酒吧，酒吧對面還有一個小客廳，各種古典傢俱，還有殘疾人推車。。 綜合來看，在火車站周邊同價位酒店算中等偏上。

房間比較小，網速挺好的，相比這個價格，性價比還是不錯的，早餐也有，就是種類少了些，設備設施相對比較古老

Отель расположен очень удачно. Тихая улица, рядом ж/д вокзал, метро, много кафе, ресторанов, а главное в пешей доступности исторический центр Рима. Отзывчивый, доброжелательный персонал, готовый вам помочь. Чистый номер, удобные кровати, хорошее бельё. Полотенца ежедневно свежие, шампунь, гель для душа в достатке. Завтраки хорошие. Из минусов, это плохо работающий кондиционер.

設施老舊，但是衞生間還好，床小床墊很舒服，前台意大利小哥非常熱情 會一些中文 很好

對得起這個價格

Positives - Excellent location for easy transportation round the city. Negatives - Where to start! First off room keeping staff stealing our suntan lotion. May seem little until you realise how much suntan lotion costs in Rome. Secondly, don't look at the old pictures advertising the hotel. These are real from June 2024 in just one room. Need I say anymore. As for breakfast, nothing fresh and good luck finding a table that does not wobble! Needs major investment and a staff member investigated for theft... Shocking standard.

Think of the top ten things you want from a hotel. They will fail in 5 of those areas. Too many to bother with. No.1 was i dont think they had heat.

We booked this hotel, because it was close to termini, wich is real, and because the reviews, were ok for us…. But…. No hot water for 1 1/2 days, tb wasn’t working, minibar wasn’t working, the bath ceiling was leaking, the AC didn’t work either, breakfast… mmm They changed the room… same problems!! No refund or compensation for all the trouble! Do yourself a favor, stay elsewhere!

honestly the worst hotel ive ever been in if i can call it a hotel, AC doesnt work toilet seat is broken and you have to sit on the literal toilet toilet door cant be closed when we went to the reception they tried to save their time so they wouldnt deal with the senario in their shift and always said my colleague is coming in a while and so on and so on they wouldnt change us rooms and even give us something for the mosquitos coming from the unprecedened heat , horrible experience would recommend to stay away from , id rather live on the streets than to pay them a visit
