Big room with a terrace, big bathroom. Good location, very convenient. The staff is nice and very helpful

Overall, it was a good stay, including the location and the staff's service. However, the hot water pressure in the shower was unstable; sometimes no hot water came out at all, or it took an unusually long time for the hot water to start flowing. Because of this, I had to keep a tiny trickle of hot water running throughout my shower, which was a bit of a hassle to manage.

The location is excellent—very peaceful, quiet, and well maintained. The place was neat and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They even called to confirm our exact location, which was very helpful.

The location is absolutely fantastic. There are many great restaurants nearby, and the subway station is also very close. The facilities are a bit old, but the room itself is spacious.

Room was nice and clean. The only problem was the reception is not available 24 x 7. We had a hard time finding the gate/ entrance. One we entered, we had to wait for more than 40 mins for the receptionist to arrive and do check in. But his service and behaviour was very nice and helped. He guided us with the itinerary!! Overall the experience was good. Just the check in bit and the entry was confusing!

Stayed for a night with friends. Extremely worth it for the price. The receptionist was helpful and friendly.

Great location, but the service was just okay. My 'please clean the room' sign was up for two days and no one came.

The staff was very helpful and offered good service. The location was very convenient. The only problem is sometime the hot water didn't work. Overall, it was a good stay.

They were so nice with me since I call to make the reservation, they explain everything so well and we love the room it is so nice and with very good view and close to everything.

Everything was very nice, clean and they were incredibly attentive. They contacted me the day before and guided me to the hotel, taking great care of us. The room was clean and warm, we will come again because it was a short stay. We especially thank Andrea very much.
