Facilities: The hotel features a pool, and the latex mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable. However, the air conditioning was quite weak; honestly, I'm at a loss for words to describe how ineffective it was. Cleanliness: Decent, the room was kept quite clean. Environment: Very good. Service: Excellent.

The place was clean and conveniently located right on the main road. The bed was spacious and incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during our stay, so we had to use the stairs instead of the elevator. The pool offered a beautiful view.

Really nice hotel, clean, helpful staff.. A bit far from the town so it’s best if you own a car. Otherwise fantastic hotel with pool, will definitely recommend for families or couple.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful and it was exceptionally clean.

So I actually didn’t stay here yet because of my mom was stay at the hospital and she needs to cut her leg as she has diabetes and asked the hotel to get a refund money back to me. Unfortunately, the hotel said No. So I am real disappointed about the service and they have no empathy at all. I can show my mom pictures while she was staying at the hospital. I have booked for 29 Nov,2024 but my mom has to cut her leg on 27 Nov,2024.

This is my second time staying here. I originally chose this hotel due to its convenient location near Khot Lao restaurant. And this visit certainly didn't disappoint, just like the last! The young gentleman at the front desk provided excellent service. The room was clean, but please check the toilet flush in room 203; it keeps getting stuck after being pressed.

This is a very good hotel. The location is super convenient for finding food. I've stayed here multiple times, and even after comparing it to other hotels I've tried in the same vicinity, Sleepwell still gets my top vote.

All the staff were lovely. The room was clean and exactly as pictured.
