Excelente ubicación y buen servicio

First red flag was when the instructions say contact them at least 24hrs before check in but there’s no contact info!! The advert is utterly misleading and its only good point is the location to Vatican City. On arrival at the apartment there is less info than the emails we received. No contact info, no phone information, no name absolutely nothing!! Our only option was to go for a coffee and look for another place to stay. And thankfully this bad experience didn’t ruin a good couple of days. Please please read the reviews before you book here!!

Not recommended!!! Not profesional. I had to cancel my journey and they are never replying to the email or phone ! They oblige you to give contact but when you need to contact them no one is here ! Don’t book there because if something happen you will not be helped

Booked for 2 nights, arrived around 9.30pm so had to pick up our keys from one site before driving to our room location. On opening the door to our room my first thought was it doesn’t look like the pictures. Toilet / bathroom very smelly. Old dusty furniture. We dropped our bags off and went to get a bite to eat, little did I realise in a few hours we would be the bite to eat for the bed bugs. After our meal we came back to the room and my hubby, kids and myself went to sleep, at around 4am in the morning my husband woke me up saying he thought he felt things crawling over him, how right he was, they were all over our bed. Woke the children up and noticed flecks of blood stained sheets , this is a ongoing problem as the sheets were stained with old blood. Never felt so creeped out, contacted the owner who told us he would get us another room for 9am in the morning. Walking the streets of room as couldn’t sleep in the room. When owner finally answered my call as nobody turned up at 9am we were offered another room. On inspection Guess what !! more bed bugs. Asked for a refund and was told I would be given a half refund as we had stayed one night and marked down as a no show so I couldn’t write a review.

Departamento muy cómodo, ubicado a pasos de museos vaticanos y plaza san Pedro . Limpio, cómodo. Cama y almohadas algo antiguas. Incluye un café y un cornetto para desayunar en el bar que está debajo, que nos encantó. Linda zona, con bares y resto. A mts hay un carrefour donde abastecerse de todo, hasta comidas . Muy cerca del metro . Volvería .

La struttura é pessima! ATTENZIONE NON PRENOTATE!!! ho avuto a che fare con il direttore, che ha cancellato la mia prenotazione il giorno prima, per guadagnare da 80 euro da prenotazione di marzo, a 900 euro per notte il giorno della finale di coppa Italia. La direzione mi ha confermato, che nella loro struttura le cancellazioni automatiche, sono 100 al giorno, per i loro sistemi di controllo carta di credito, quindi io ho una prenotazione confermata a Marzo e il giorno prima, in maggio alta stagione cancellano volontariamente il mio pagamento, per guadagnare 900 euro al giorno per la finale di coppa! Sono dei truffatori, evitate questa struttura, ho avrete gli stessi problemi che ho passato io, ho dovuto prenotare fuori Roma, perdendo le prenotazione dei musei. TUTTO VERO!
