除了位置不錯，離temini站走路10分鐘，其它真的一言難盡，太老的大樓，沒辦法歐洲住宿同地段價格更貴，但實在很很老，基本沒睡.

地理位置很好，周邊有很多吃的，去景點、購物都很方便，房間網絡，空調都比較給力，整體乾淨舒適。

Great & nice rooms but old due to very nature of Rome. The rooms were very nice and may not be a 4 star but a 3 star for sure. The guy who is managing is so nice and helped us from airport to home and sent out pictures. May be a bit expensive but definitely a jewel in heart of Rome. I would definitely recommend this one to others. Size was decent and had ample space for storage. Bathroom was a bit small but I guess it is definitely good considering hotels. Bed is nice and firm which is what we liked. Definitely a place to stay next time i visit.

This Accomodation is a Jewel! I would definitely stay here again. Good location close to termini station. The Room was large with king bed, fridge, and nespresso machine. Extremely clean and well kept. The staff was great. Very friendly and professional. Russel was extremely helpful. He explained to us the amenities of the room as well as where to go to see the sites and how to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

Really good location and very friendly host. The room was super clean, spacious and well maintained. All the major attractions are no more than 15-20 mins walk and the area is full of wonderful cafes and restaurants. We loved our stay here and would come back whenever we visit Rome again.

This place lets out rooms from a fourth floor apartment. Our room was really lovely with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space. The bathroom was good with a nice shower. We had a problem as the water in our basin wasn’t working at all well but we spoke to the owner Paulo and it was fixed the same day so you couldn’t ask for more. The room was kept absolutely spotless by Russell. One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. We had a problem one morning as my husband was pickpocketed and they took the key. We rang Paulo and he sorted out a new key for us and told us how to access the rooms when we got back from our day out. We couldn’t have asked for anyone more friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend these rooms. There is an ‘interesting’ lift to the fourth floor!

The room was clean. The hospitality tray was non existent! A kettle. No cups. Nothing supplied. Is this a hotel? Not even to air b and b standard. I cannot understand having just a kettle! No cups. Complementary anything? Nothing! No glasses for water! What a disastrous place. Not cheap really. On arrival we had yo go out and buy tea coffee and milk. Then use dangerous paper cups.not recommended

Excellent place to stay in Rome…. just around the corner from the train station, and is very easy to find. Rooms are comfortable and clean, also has an elevator which helps as you have to go to the fourth floor with luggage. The street it’s in has lots of great restaurants and bars…. would highly recommend

Located 500m from Termini train station, a room in an apartment building opposite the opera. We stayed in the Verdi room. There is a lift to the 4th floor. Room was spotlessly clean with all facilities needed for a night's stay. En suite shower room with nice products to use & a hairdryer. Kettle and tea provided but no milk. There is a fridge too. Bed was so comfortable 😴

Paolo and Russell are so helpful, and make sure you are taken care of. Very classy place, and there's only a few rooms so the personal touch is great. There was free Netflix and tea and a super comfy soft bed.The room is always cleaned while your out exploring and we can't recommend it enough. The way Paolo knew about all the best places, and was always ready to chat was so lovely. Book directly from the website for the best price!

Would highly recommend this hotel. We originally booked for June 2020 and then covid hit. Even though we paid in full (non transferable) the hotel honoured an extension again and again due to the pandemic. When we couldn't honour the rebooking for Jan 2022 due to a new job start date, ******* couldn't guarantee this so I reached out to Paolo direct and he was happy to extend a little longer to make sure we could still come which was much appreciated. He took care of the car service from Campiano Airport for us and when we arrived, despite not being there in person it was easy to contact him through the intercom and our documents and keys were all ready for us. The hotel is on the 4th floor of a bigger building with a rustic elevator. I'm not a lift fan so I happily tackled the steps :) We stayed in the Mozart room which was a good size and cleaned daily. On our first morning Paolo and Russell greeted us and were super helpful in city tips and making sure we have everything we need including Paolo's phone number. The hotel is a few blocks from Termini to pick up both subway lines and a 15 min walk from the Colosseum. Would happily stay here again!

I found this hotel on the internet and found the reviews to be spot on. Only a few short blocks from the Termini station, across from the Opera building. The Armonia All' Opera is in an old building with an even older elevator which gave it its atmosphere. We were greeted by Russell who was absolutely a wonderful source of information, with a friendly smile and wonderful attitude. We stayed in the Verde room which was spotless, just steps from the entrance with a large bathroom with soap, shampoo and hair blower (spotless and cleaned daily), fridge, coffee/tea, cupboard (spotless) for our clothes as well as extra pillows. The room itself was quite large and the bed very comfortable. Russell told us where to have breakfast and without a doubt it was the best. We ended up every morning at il Palchetto for our breakfast of coffee and pastry, Sofia recommend pancakes with Nutella & Pistachio one day YUM. Russell even told us where to have our laundry done the same day. Plenty of restaurants for dinner but stay away from the one right next door, it was a rip off. All in all I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next Roman holiday. Important facts: Large spotless room, Spotless bathroom and very well located.
