Hotel in the center, very close to important tourist attractions, very large and clean rooms with a very friendly staff. Very good coffee, heat in the room, very easy access to the location, very central on the main street with luxury shops in Rome.

Delightful place in the center of Rome, on Via del Corso. A stone's throw from Piazza Spagna, shops, restaurants. Very clean and spacious rooms. What makes this location even more special is the attention and discretion of the owners. Andreea and Ovidiu are extremely kind, cordial and very helpful, making us feel at home, an example of true hospitality.

We were very happy with our one night stay. There was no reception or anyone to check you in which I was a little worried about. We arrived at the Hotel 1 pm. And there was no one there. We knew this from previous reviews. Receptionist is only there in the morning from 9 am - 10:30 am to answer any questions or concerns. make sure you check your email with special code on how to enter and your room number. Code is used to enter the main front door and the receptionist area where your rooms are on the second floor. check your email!!’ email is very important Otherwise you are left with no way to get in. Our stay was really great. We are a family of 4. We were very comfortable. Our room was very roomy. 1 Double bed and 2 twin size beds . Perfect for our family. Walking distance to everywhere. We thought we would need transportation our farthest tour (the coliseum) but we walked it 25-30 min . Restaurants and shops everywhere. 4 short blocks to Spagna Metro. Spanish steps. Walking distance to TreVi Fountain and Pantheon. Our return flight home was not until much later in the day so once you checked out you were able to leave your luggage by the reception. Visable to other guests staying. Wish they had a separate locked area for luggage storage. Our luggage was fine we left it there for about 4 hours. Taxis by spagna metro . Taxis in abundance by Spagna metro . About 50 euro FCO Airport. Overall very good location. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Good B&B in a great location. Privately run by one man show Ovi. He is the owner of the place. Rooms are good but needs an update and need better cleaning. Since it was dusty. Air conditioning is weak and not able to adjust yourself. Good service form the owner who is very nice guy. If you don’t care about any hotel type facilities then this is a great option as a 2 star residence.

So it’s interesting place, run by a very nice man Ovi. Room are nice but needs improvement but then again it’s B&B and not a hotel so you expect what you pay for. Location is outstanding, if you don’t care about 2 star B&B it’s the best bet you have. Place is clean but small.

Best locarion to look around rome and staffs are very kind !!

Great location.Busy area. Walking distance to Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Surrounded by restaurants, convenience store, shopping. Replied to email inquiries in a timely manner, coordinated shuttle service from Termini station and FCO airport. ******* stated breakfast provided, however, property discontinued serving breakfast.

Recomento muito esse hotel!! Fui com meu marido, dois filhos e minha mãe!! O hotel parece um “Airbnb”, o dono conversa com a gente por mensagem , envia o código de acesso ao prédio, nos explica o que for necessário e funciona muito bem!! Ficamos na parte da frente do hotel , onde tem o balcão e foi maravilhoso, pq sempre há “cantantes” típicos em frente, o que já nos introduz ao clima Italiano!! É um quarto pequeno, mas não vi problemas quanto a isso. Há frigobar. Perto do hotel tem vários locais para comer, lojas de souvenir , Zara, H&M, Kiko, Sephora (tudo na rua), fora que os pontos turísticos estão bem dizer todos à pé !! A Piazza Spagna está bem dizer no quarteirão de trás e a Fontana em seis quarteirões planos. O fato de não ter café da manha não nos atrapalhou pq há muitos locais próximos para este e não ficávamos presos a horários para o café (ainda mais sob efeito do jet lag) . A limpeza do quarto, como li no trip, realmente é considerável , muito boa, tudo muito limpo!!! Como nem tudo é perfeito, considero como ponto negativo aqui o fato do banheiro ser uma porta semi transparente e não ter trava. Minha mãe queria ir ao banheiro, tomar banho e tínhamos que vigiar para meus filhos não irem atrás dela. Então essa foi uma parte ruim, porque todos nós perdemos essa privacidade . No mais, a cordialidade da recepção foi perfeita e vale ser considerada. Ps: o elevador quando chegamos estava estragada e tivemos que subir dois andares à pé com malas, mas no check out já funcionava. No mais, indico o hotel a todos, principalmente a quem tem filhos.

Отдыхали здесь с мужем на февральские праздники, очень понравилось, отель совсем небольшой, но предоставлялся бесплатно очень хороший завтрак. Расположен идеально - рядом испанская лестница и другие достопримечательности. Очень доброжелательные хозяева. Отель посоветовала подруга.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte, in una posizione centrale di Roma a pochi passi da molte zone turistiche. Accoglienza buona con un personale qualificato e disponibile. La camera era pulita e ben tenuta con una bella vista dalla terrazza; il bagno in perfetto condizioni igieniche con tutto l’occorrente a disposizione.

Me cambiaron de "hotel" a otro que esta a 10 min por que ya no tenian cupo. Pesima experiencia.

Hola, muy buen servicio todo perfecto muy limpio daba gusto estar allí y tanto Andrea Como su equipo lo tienen todo en perfecto estado, son muy amables y si tienes un problema no dudan en ayudarte yo lo recomendaría siempre al 100x100 este sitio y si vuelvo a Roma claro que volvería a ir al mismo lugar, muchas gracias Andrea por todo

Llegamos a eso de las 19.30 y no habia nadie. De casualidad un sr muy amable me presto su wifi y su telef y pude comunicarme con el hotel. Me informaron q me habian mandado un mensaje via Booking avisando codigo de ingreso. Eso se envio mientras yo volaba de Argentina a Italia. Imposible verlo! Y en Italia no pude verlo xq no tenia wifi. Cuando logro entrar, no habia luz en el lobby y llegue a mi cuarto como pude. No habia agua caliente en mi baño. Por la mañana solo estaba una señorita muy amable, pero era la encargada de la limpieza y mucho no pudo ayudar. En ningun lugar del anuncio de Booking dice q el ingreso es asi, q no hay nadie para recibirte x la tarde y q no tenes a quien recurrir en el caso de, por ejemplo, no tener agua caliente. De hecho dice “recepcion las 24 h”! Nadie encargado del hotel pidio disculpas y eso q me queje x telef cuando logre hablar con alguien responsable x la mañana. Conste q no pedi ni sugeri compensacion de ningun tipo x los inconvenientes q tuve. Nadie me pidio disculpas x los inconvenientes causados!!!
