Great experience staying here for 2 nights..just beside JR station,bus station and food as well..very convenience ..thank you to male staff name Mr Ando for helping me with with some issues..this is my 5th visit to japan..japanese people never fail to impress me..they are very kind and always make me feel amazing towards them..thank you again..arigato gozaimasu😊

I’ve stayed at the Hotel Metropolitan Akita a couple of times and the staff has always been amazing. They are very polite and always want to help. The the hotel and the rooms are always spotless. The location is also great very close to the trains and buses. I would recommend the Hotel Metropolitan Akita to anyone.

The location was great, just a few step out of JR station. Moreover, there’s a connection to JR via the mall from 10 am to 8 pm. The room was a bit small for 3 people with extra bed.

Hotel with two building, just beside shopping mall with all closing on 8pm 😂 Strategic location just at central of their town and opposite of JR Station. Hotel provide Chinese x Japanese food, not bad. Everything are great.

What a find! Located just outside Akita station is perfect, amenities on point, and the room was spacious and well appointed.

Room was very nice and fairly spacious. The hotel breakfast was top notch with all the akita specialties, a western selection and a salad bar. Close to various attractions, and the front desk is happy to help with restaurant recommendations if you need it. Location is absolutely perfect being linked to Akita station.

Wonderful location with airport bus stop right at the door step! Room was enough for 2 person and property is clean.

located is good and it’s connected to subway station. will book the same hotel when I make a visit to Akita next time.

The hotel is connected with the train station and it's a short wallk to the castle park, so the location is perfect. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was buffet and was good.

Its super close to the station and convinience to go out. Its way more high tech than the metropolitan sendai. We got a good night sleep too.
