Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de Termini, en frente del Teatro de la Òpera. Pasa bastante desapercibido porque està en el primer piso de un gran edificio y solo hay una placa de metal en la puerta de entrada por lo que, en apariencia, se diria que no hay ningún hotel. Baño reformado y cama cómoda.

The toilet seems newly renovated, very new. Like that there were two big drawers to contain all toiletries. Shower heads and temperature of water were great. There was a pantry outside the room with a capsule coffee machine, kettle and free flow of coffee and tea bags. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, showed us to the room as well as directions on the map. Location was great, minutes from Roma Termini, Carrefour just around the corner and many eateries around. Overall was very satisfied with the hotel!

I recommend you not stay here. The pictures are misleading. The beautiful building is the opera house across the street. It has nothing to do with this hotel.This hotel does not have a lobby, just a small dingy office. The breakfast pictures are very misleading. Breakfast is at a small restaurant a few feet away and it is the most mediocre American breakfast I have ever seen. The plumbing is terrible. When the toilet was flushed the toilet seat got wet. I told the manager and he said the water pressure was too high and he would call a plumber. It wasn't fixed. He offered another room but it was already late and we were leaving the next day. The faucet in the sink shot out a jet of water that splashed everywhere. And the shower was just weird. The front desk was open from 8:00 - 4:00. One of the other guests started making a lot of noise at 3:00 in the morning but there was no one to call. Of all the hotels we've stayed in this is one of the few I will never stay in again.

I like how Close it was to train station other transportation, i didn't like that there was no staff available after 4pm.

A few hours after check in the electricity went out, which also impacted the water supplies. There was zero proactive information about the issue, and while the reception was supposed to be manned from 8am, there was no one there even at 9. We have called the provided nr where an annoyed and sleepy voice said that this is an old building, this can happen, he has no means to tell whats gonna happen.
No alternatives for shower, toilet, anything. The electricity (and hence water) came back almost exactly at checkout time, still noone at the reception, but the cleaning personnel was already harrassing us 20 minutes after how we were late for check out. No apologies let alone compensation was offered.
