A lovely location in a neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants with the Spanish Steps nearby. Regrettably, the mendacity of the staff make this a poor choice. We were told hotel staff would deliver our stored luggage (5 senior adults, 5 suitcases, 5 carry ons) directly to our rooms. They did not. Worse, we five senior citizens were made to schelp them over cobblestone streets during rush hour, breaking wheels, exhausting ourselves, and all because the staff did not do what they promised. Response from management: sorry. I suggested a free breakfast might be in order or some other discount. Again, sorry. I repeated my request upon departure. Again, sorry. As an experienced traveler, I am understanding of errors; we all make them. Mechanical breakdowns happen, too, especially in popular hotels. Things break, pipes clog. People deserve a chance to correct their mistakes and fix broken things. But staff not doing what they promise, misrepresenting services, not telling the truth, and not following up or through—these are unacceptable lapses. And the insensitivity of hotel staff to our needs, the disrespect of our age, the failure to be people of their word, well, we were shocked. Any well trained staff would have moved immediately to correct this unprofessionalism and d to offer some remedy. Hotel Condotti did nothing. Alas, management will likely respond that they offered us a discount for future stay (spend more money with us even though we mistreated you now), a further sign of their lack of a customer orientation, lack of proper management training, and lack of professionalism.

Stayed here for 6 nights in October 2024.Beautiful reception area with great staff . Our room was very modern and clean ,the bed was very comfortable with heaps of pillows, the room itself was just a little tiny. Walk either left or right from the Hotel Condotti and you have the Spanish steps the Trevi Fountain and many restaurants and Via Corso with all the Fashion brand shops to explore. Next time we return to Rome this will be our hotel of choice.

We stayed here on our arrival in Rome, and I have written a previous review for that stay. We returned to the hotel at the end of our journey and once again received the best service and assistance by the staff and again in particular Daniele. His recommendations for restaurant's are perfect ! There was a problem with our transport the to airport, and they quickly found another driver and vehicle for us which ensured we were at the airport in plenty of time and driven in comfort. So a very special thankyou to everyone there.

Extremely disappointing. Our room didn’t look anything like the pictures online. We were put into an old run down smelly apartment around the corner. We asked to switch rooms but no other rooms were available. We were told they have multiple buildings and they weren’t required to put us in the main hotel. Luckily we were only booked there for one night. On a better note, the front desk staff were friendly and helped us book a cab to take us to the airport.

Tucked away close to the Spanish Steps, the Condotti Boutique Hotel is a fantastic location. The staff are welcoming, friendly and happy to assist. Beautifully appointed rooms, clean and large enough for 2 people and their luggage. Special thanks to Daniele who assisted us to book trips out of the city, with drivers at the most cost effective option. He recommended fabulous restaurants for us and happily answered any of our questions. A great stay, which is why we swapped our hotel booking when we are back in Rome to stay with them again.

Hotel Condotti is in a great location! Walking distance to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona and the Colosseum. The rooms are spacious. Hotel is near many restaurants and shops. Staff seem friendly but we were there for a short time.

I booked 8 days between 07 Aug to 15 Aug for about $2600 AUD, mainly due to the location, but after booking I was told I would be staying at a different property at a different location, which was a different hotel, with a separate listing. I checked the price it was about 40% cheaper. So I was ripped off about $1000 AUD, which is about $660 USD. Be aware of the practice of this hotel.
