You just feel at home, with personal always available to support you in whatever need you have. Multiple time I have had needs with my kids, and it did not take more than 10 minutes to have the solution provided.

If you are a student currently enrolled to Campus BioMedico which is in Trigoria just like Villa Patrizia, this place is a good deal for you. Villa Patrizia is affordable and 20mins walk to the University. Trigoria is really far away from the city center and there is no night buses here. Hence, be ready, it is not going to be easy...

The staff was unbelievably nice. The accommodations were pretty basic. It’s really very far from the city center with limited transportation options.

We are a family of 8 persons. We like Italy, we took 2 days stop at this nice and convinient family owned hotel, not far from the airport, before we went south to a agritrismo. Its quiet place, clean, and comfortable, had a pool, but far from things, shops etc.

We enjoyed the time spend here. The position of location was not very good but the hosts were nice. Even if they were in renovation with parking lot, we had swimming pool and others thing to do there.

I very much enjoyed my stay here! The hosts were the sweetest Italians I’ve talked to during my trip through Italy. They would do anything to make it the best and help you out if you have any questions (about public transport for example). Thanks for everything - will certainly come back sometime!

An absolutely wonderful experience at Villa Patrizia with an incredibly welcoming staff who do an amazing job for every single guest. Can strongly recommend the accommodation. Simone was happy and hard worker that cared for everyone. Nice swimming pool as well.

I recently encounter a situation where I needed to extend my stay in Rome. Most of the properties in central Rome showed no availability and those that did, were excessively priced. However, I found this gem of a property that provided reasonable accommodations, with friendly service including daily meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, although the portions were too generous to mention. As the restaurant is also family run, the menu items are somewhat limited, although what is available is delicious. Be warned, you will not leave the table hungry. As the property is somewhat isolated, it is recommended to rent a car if you plan to stay more than a few days. Another option is to use taxi, Uber or Lift service, for travel to central Rome for touring and dining, although the latter can be somewhat unpredictable. Overall, I would definitely return to this facility, should the occasion present itself again. Should your journey lead you to Villa Patrizia, say hi to the friendly staff of Simone, Luga, and Carmine in the restaurant.

I highly recommend this. property, mostly because of the family personnel management for our stay. They were always pleasant, and helpful in accomodating our needs, during our stay. The grounds are keep well maintained, with continuous improvements being made, while the room accommodations are variable, subject to availability, which the owner's son said was due to ******* availability errors.
Their menu for lunch and dinner is limited, with limited availability of some items listed, since kitchen is also family run.
I also note some ******* errors in your listing, such as connecting stores or ***** mall, which does not really exist, without a 1500km walk, or slightly less tracking through a local dirt path alongside a farm field, appropriate only during daylight. Also, the room air-conditioning did not serve well the upper bedroom provided, as there was no ceiling fan to circulate the cooled air from the living space, below, also noted in the ******* listing.
However, in times after Covid-19 quarenting, with tourists overlookings, it is nice to find a reasonably priced place to stay, although somewhat inaccessible without a car, Uber or taxi, eating into the savings. This is especially true, as most of Rome hotel listed unavailable, as our stay was extended.
