Ubicación ideal para conocer roma, al lado de todo, no cogimos metro para visitar nada. recomendable.

提前入住，白金升房，延遲退房，免費寄存該有的都有了，酒店的工作人員都很有服務意識，房間也很乾凈且安靜，由於升了房型，所以房間面積也還算大總體不錯。酒店就在市中心，去各個景點都很近，附近治安很好。

We stayed @ Hote Giolli at the beginning of June. It is situated in a very walkable part of the city. Close to Trevi Fountain, the train station, restaurants and shopping. The hotel was nicer than I expected, it had a little foyer in our room which is where we put our luggage. The bathroom was spacious and had a great sized tub. The water pressure was amazing especially after a long day of walking around Rome. The free breakfast was lovely, pastries, cereal, milk, cafe machine ect. It is also served from 7-10 which is great since I have teens are late risers. The room came with slippers and robes. The room was very clean. They do have a lift available. Americans take note, a lift is not the size of an elevator. It is about 1/4 the size of an elevator. Freaked my teens out but after a day they were fine. About one person and luggage or 2 kids and an adult can fit in it. It was down a few times when they were doing cleaning, but when we needed it, it was available we only had to walk the stairs down a couple a times. My daughter has a disability so this was a huge a sticking point as going up 4 flights of stairs is not an option for her. The staff was friendly and quick to help.

Fabulous stay. We arrived after a long day traveling and it was a very welcome surprise. Our checkin was smooth and easy. Very friendly and welcoming reception. Beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and spotlessly clean. A really extensive breakfast by European standards, possibly one of the best we’ve experienced in Europe. Fresh, good variety and again welcoming staff. Great location to see everything on foot lovely and quiet for sleeping. Nothing to change, would definitely stay here again, and recommend to others!!

Hotel is 1 star at best. Room was extremely small and the furnishing were very old. Very little small tiny elevator. Receptionist was not friendly. This hotel is too expensive for what it is

Did a short stay here before a cruise out of Civitavecchia. Central location not too far from Roma Termini train station, which is convenient if you come with the airport express train from the airport. We had a tiny room with view to the ugly backyard - not nice at all. Old furniture and uncomfortable bed, super thin blanket and small pillows. Small TV. Minimal space to move around, little space for your luggage. Extremely tiny elevator (only one in the hotel). Very expensive compared to the quality of the room and the hotel in general in my opinion. A very disappointing stay - will not be back.

Hotel is 1 star at best. Rooms have 0 sound proof, you can hear every noise in the corridor. The curtains dont shut fully and you see the lights from the other room . Location is good and insides is fairly clean, apart from that there isnt any more positives.

Simple small room for 3. Clean. Bathroom was very good. Beds were comfortable. Location unbeatable. Most of the tourist sites are within a short walk and the Metro is about 1/4 mile down the road for longer journeys. Staff were very friendly to us and I don't understand why people have called them rude. I would go back if we were in Rome again.

I was very disappointed; my room was extremely small and the furnishing were old. On top of that, the door lock to our room was broken, so we had to have an employee unlock the door every time we wanted to go into our room. There was only a very tiny check-in area and no bar or lobby area. This was not what I was expecting. I tried to change room, but nothing was available. Also, I booked a room with a view, skip that as the view is nothing to look at and the sounds from the street kept us up at night. Very disappointed.

We stayed at the Hotel Giolli for four nights in October. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. Room was small but very comfortable and clean. Location was good, about 1/2 mile to the Metro. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Really great hotel, Marghereta greeted us on arrival, she was really friendly and upgraded our room! Room was spacious and had a bath which was great after all the walking! Very clean too. Read some reviews about sitcom not working but ours did. Lift was small so only two people can fit in, but never had to wait long. Breakfast was great pastries, pancakes, cheese for vegetarians like me. Fruit juice and coffee machine (hot chocolate was Devine) trevi fountain and coliseum both a 15 min walk. So amazing location. Bus and train station also 15 mins away so easy to get too and from the airport. Really brilliant place to stay much better than expected. Thanks again!
