Optimal location, close to the metro/railway station but far away enough to be in a safe area. And there’s plenty of monuments nearby that you can reach by walking. Although the hotel has a lift, there are stairs at the entrance, to go to the breakfast area and to reach some rooms. So it’s not suitable for travellers with mobility issues or disabilities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, spacious and quiet. Good variety of food for breakfast. Not a lot for vegans but if inform the hotel when booking they will accommodate you.

Small but comfortable One night for a short stay till my fly out day. Liked they had Foxtel to watch movies and relax. Nice comfortable hotel

In Rome, do they give away the stars? I think I paid too much. Only the location and the receptionists were excellent.

The location is about a 5-minute walk from Termine Station. The rooms and amenities are clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. The breakfast is delicious.

Just like the pictures posted by the hotel, it looks good. The room is compact, the facilities are OK, and it is clean and tidy. The key is the good location, close to Rome Central Station, which is very convenient for going to and from the airport or taking the subway or train. There are also many restaurants nearby. In short, it is very convenient.

On the streets of Rome, three or four hotels share one store. The location is very convenient and close to everything. However, the room facilities are a bit old. It does not affect the use, but it is a bit unworthy of the price. It is a bit like a B&B.

The level of domestic fast service is okay for a whole day, but the room is a little small. The door is a bit difficult to find, it has three hotels in one door.

The location is easy to find, but it doesn't feel safe near the train station. The hotel is relatively old, maybe Rome as a whole is like this. Facilities: Relatively old. The air conditioner cannot be turned on by itself. It needs to be controlled by the front desk. The operation sound is very loud. Hygiene: Pretty good. Environment: Overall, it's okay. There are many restaurants and the like around, which is quite convenient. Breakfast is included, which is very convenient. Service: When I checked in, I was told that I had to pay city tax. When I checked out, I was told that there was a fee for using a credit card. It’s not a big deal, but it’s annoying if I don’t proactively inform you. Including asking for water at the front desk, they were not told whether the water was charged or not, and they had to ask. A bit passive.
