he location is perfect to stay when one is busy every day visiting the Vatican. The hotel is no more than a 10-minute leisurely walk from St. Peter's Square. Around, in the immediate vicinity is a long pedestrian area with many nice restaurants. Although my room was on the ground floor, there was no street noise or any other noises. Very good sound insulation of the interior walls and windows. The view from the restaurant on the top floor, where the breakfast is, is truly impressive. Breakfast is a buffet, well balanced. One can choose a good combination of the necessary nutrients and is full for a long time. The room is cleaned daily, the staff is unobtrusive and friendly. I got help with everything I approached them about. Minor installation issues were noticed by them and fixed without me having to notify them.

We stayed here for one night in time for the papal audience (wednesday) and we loved it! Reasons: 1. Very close to the St. Peter's Basilica. If one needs an accommodation accessible to the basilica, especially for Catholics myself, this place should be booked. Location!! 2. Ideal for those who wants a prayerful silence coming to Vatican. 3. Friendly and welcoming staff. Downside: 1. Hard to pin the location for uber. Hence, in booking taxi or uber, need to drag bags to the closest corner around 5 minutes or less. For the location, definitely 8/10

This hotel exceeded my expectations with hospitality. The rooms are very clean with a fresh, modern vibe. Great location with many attractions within walking distance. Great service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, formative. Would recommend and will definitely return. Very good for business and leisure trips.

this place is all about 2 things. Location,location,location. we had 2 days without taxi because of this.we were 4 days in Rome. Fausto,Fausto,Fausto. Even 3-4 days before arrival Fausto texted us to check up on us due to our late late arrival. after that i put a lot into his hands. transport both ways. organizing Lazio-Juventus tickets(used 1 hour cause the system was down). answering questions at all times when i had some. Rooms are good and same is bathroom. shower a bit small,but good power. Good housecleaning. Breakfast is around the corner in a local cafe/bar and the quality on everthing there was superb. i would come back and stay here.

For the first time, we spent 4 nights at the Hotel Della Conciliazione, a wonderful boutique hotel that is part of a collection of 6 other locations throughout Rome! We could not be happier with the staff, hotel, elegant rooms and most importantly, ideal location! We visit Rome every year and always stayed at another 4 star hotel. Since our usual hotel was not available during our visit in Rome this year, we fortunately found Hotel Della Conciliazione! We met the hotel manager, Serena, upon check-in at the front desk along with the front desk manager, Camilla. They were were both extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating to ensure a room was ready for our early check-in and satisfaction overall. We interacted with Serena several times during our stay and realized Serena was genuinely concerned with out overall well being and satisfaction with the hotel. Serena was very visible throughout the day which is unusual because upper management is usually out of sight. What we soon realized is the entire hotel staff is very friendly, especially Chiara who also works the front desk and provided great suggestions for sight seeing and restaurants which were great. The icing on the cake was that Chiara lived in the U.S. for a year and speaks fluent English! Francesca is part of the morning staff handling the breakfast buffet and also very friendly and accommodating. Francesca's super power is that she makes an ”amazing cappuccino” which we feel is the best we have had in Italy! The location of Hotel Della Conciliazione is moments to St. Peter's Basilica in case you want to take a spontaneous stroll after dinner to appreciate the evening lighting of the Basilica. You are also moments to the Sistine chapel, countless restaurants, shops and other attractions. We can honestly say we will absolutely make Hotel Della Conciliazione our go to hotel destination when visiting Rome because they made us feel valued and appreciated! Wow!!
