The best place to stay when you visit Rome, feels like home. Good bed, clean bathroom, kitchen and living room. The owner Evan is very nice, kind, friendly and very hospitable. The room is big, clean with lots of amenities like a five star hotel. Coffee, tea, water, snacks, sleeper, toothpaste, towel and many more. We really had a wonderful stay. If I’ll come back to Rome I’ll choose this place again. It’s well recommended. Location is good too near to the metro, bus station, supermarket and restaurant.

Alloggiati nel palazzo accanto all’hotel dove aveva altre stanze nulla di male se non fosse che l’ ascensore troppo vecchio e piccolo da una max due persone la stanza piccola ma curata nell’arredamento bagno grande che a mio parere non meritava le tre stelle ma dove ho trovato disappunto è stato nell’aria condizionata. Che non potevo accendere a mio piacere ma bensì dopo mia richiesta attivavano cosa scocciante perché dovevo chiedere ogni volta che uscivo dalla stanza colazione adeguata personale gentile

The staff was very nice and welcoming, they even let us keep our bags after our check out because we wanted to explore the city a little bit more before our flight. The bed was nice, but the shower was a little too small. Overall, for a short stay and the price, would gladly recommend.

J'avais réservé 6 nuits dans cet hôtel. Lors de mon arrivée, on me signale qu'une nuit n'a pas été prise en compte. J'ai donc passé les deux premières nuits dans cet hôtel et ils m'ont ensuite envoyé dans un dortoir pour une nuit. Je suis ensuite revenu pour la suite de mon séjour à l'hôtel Lella. J'ai demandé un geste commercial pour ce désagrément qui était de leur fait : ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. En ce qui concerne la chambre, la déco est vieille, mais si ce n'était que cela.... La propreté laisse grandement à désirer : il y avait des cheveux dans le lit, ainsi que dans le lavabo. De nombreuses moisissures étaient présentes dans la douche. (Photos à l'appui.) La clim et le chauffage sont bien présents dans la chambre, mais ni l'un, ni l'autre ne fonctionnent. Une odeur d'égout et de tabac froid émanait des lieux. Pour rajouter un peu d'exotisme, signalons aussi le robinet de la salle de bains qui fuyait, d'où une inondation quotidienne, ainsi que le fait que certains soirs une bonne douche glacée était la seule option, puisque l'eau chaude était inexistante. Les murs sont faits de papier à cigarettes, et l'on peut donc ainsi aisément participer aux conversations et autres débats des voisins de chambre. Si l'on désire une serviette, il faut débourser quelques euros. Enfin, si vous avez un problème et que vous vous dirigez vers la réception, vous ne trouverez jamais personne...

Good points: We had 'Room 1' and we were very pleased with the size of the room, and the bathroom facilities. The shower was strong and hot, and everything was pretty clean. The shared kitchen area was good, with plenty of utensils and kitchenware for use which made our stay in Rome a lot more budget friendly as we could cook our own meals if needed. There is a Pam grocery shop literally just down the street too. The staff member who greeted us on arrival was polite and friendly, and I have to say that the communication from this place before we arrived was also brilliant. We liked the security of the building, and the key fob doors made getting in and out super easy. The neighbourhood was fine and not too noisy at night, and it was walking distance to Roma Termini. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here. Bad point: There was just one really annoying thing which has stopped us rating this place as excellent. It happened every single night of our stay - there is a strange consistent humming/buzzing noise coming from above the room or to the side of the room. It started in the evening and went on throughout the whole night. It changes tone and frequency at lot which makes it massively distracting, and at first we thought it could have been the refrigerator or the AC unit in the room but it was neither of those things. It caused a bad night's sleep and we never heard it during the middle of the day which made it more annoying when it came on at night.
