Il mio soggiorno è stato super piacevole. I ragazzi alla reception sono fantastici. L’hotel ha il classico stile antico, ma lo si può vedere tranquillamente in foto. La colazione niente di che, di fatti durante il mio secondo giorni di soggiorno ho preferito farla al di fuori. Mancano un paio di cose in camera, ad esempio le ciabattine e un phon potente. La pulizia non è eccellente, ma la vista dal terrazzino panoramico vale tutti i soldi spesi. Posizione centralissima, proprio dalla terrazza si può ammirare l’altare dalle patria. Nonostante tutto ci tornerei!

Combined long week end trip to watch England v Italy rugby and site see. Hotel perfect location to walk to attractions and as long as you like walking, to the Stadio Plympico for the rugby with a drink or two on the way. The hotel breakfast was excellent value at ten euros pp, continental as well as bacon, , egg, toast, sausage (Frankfurter type) and cereals & juices etc.

Hotel muito bem localizado, a 5min a pé da Fontana di Trevi. Confortável. Limpo. Pena ter chegado às 12h50 e só me deixaram entrar às 14h00, demasiado zelosos com o horário. Foi-me atribuído um quarto com cama de casal quando eu apenas tinha reservado um com cama individual, sem que eu tivesse solicitado nada, e no dia do check out, autorizaram que a minha mala ficasse na recepção durante várias horas, o que compensou o percalço anterior. Voltava a ficar neste hospedado neste hotel.

Soggiorno a Roma meraviglioso.. hotel situato in una posizione strategica, a due passi da Fontana di trevi.. nel bel mezzo della vita notturna a Roma, pieno di locali.. ci ritorneró sicuramente!!

El hotel está ubicado de forma más que céntrica , andando a casi todos los destinos de roma El hotel está en obras de actualizacion , pero lo tiene bien montado y no molesta . Los pasillos están sin rematar y las habitaciones cumplen a la perfección. Son habitaciones bastante pequeñas. Ideal dormir , ducha ver la TV unos minutos y descansar. La zona de desayuno es correcta, a mí criterio es acordé a un 3 estrellas, hay mucho personal y muchos sitios donde desayunar. Dicha zona tiene muchos recovecos hasta una zona de juegos de mesa

I am late in writing this review but wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay with you.. Giuliana in reception was so incredibly lovely, welcoming and friendly.. It was our first time in Italy and also our first night in Rome and she just made everything easy and okay. The room was perfect for us 3, beds were comfortable and everything we wanted to see and do was an easy walk away. We will definitely stay with you again when we come back to Rome…Grazie mille…. Polite front desk staff, decent location and clean (small) rooms. That's the positives!! Breakfast would be good for some, probably most, just not for me. Excellent choice of jams! Too many customers for kitchen staff to keep up so much of the food picked through or they were out of. We did have money stolen from our room and the front desk staff willing to do NOTHING to compensate or do anything about... don't trust the safe or leaving a little change on the night stand. Air conditioning was very poor with hot rooms. Somewhat loud through the walls. Have to pay for TV, which they don't tell you! Beds are VERY hard. I'm 47 and an athlete, still had sore hips and shoulders upon awakening. Overall, mediocre hotel and not worth what we paid for the 3 nights. BUT, like I said, front desk staff very polite and clean rooms.

Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The rooms are quite small, not surprising but as Rome was the first stop on our trip, it took us by surprise. The housekeeping staff were exceptional and the sleeping area and bathroom sparkled. One thing I noticed about the room is that the HVAC unit had a musty smell so I opened the window for fresh air, rather than using the system. This worked fine except when the cigarette smoke from the street wafted up into the room - even at 4:00 AM. Keeping the window open also meant being woken up by drunken tourists nightly. We were less impressed by the breakfast buffet. Not a great deal of variety and EVERY morning at 9:00 things were quite picked over and the fruit etc. were not replenished. We were also having to ask for clean cutlery as the baskets were empty. The pastries were fresh. They had an excellent espresso machine at the bar, but wanted people to use the self serve machine which made substandard coffee, cappucino's etc. Front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Everyone could speak better English than our (duo lingo) Italian. A very good stay. The location was also very good, with just a short walk to the Trevi Fountain, aqueduct etc.

Lots of on site parking. Laundry service recommended across the hotel were amazing and friendly. Room was very small though. Blow dryer didn’t work. Not enough bench space in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness was great. The fridge was nice and cold. Although they don’t have a stocked fridge and you would have to go down to get bottled water. Variety of breakfast choices. Drinks were okay and coffee was from an instant coffee machine which was okay. Staff weren’t around often to ask for fresh coffee. Front concierge were friendly though and very helpful.

Bathroom floor flooded after first shower. Water coming from under the bath panel Sealant around bath in very poor condition and mould around edges Reception informed and said they would sort and we were offered and saw another room but quite honestly bathroom didn't look any better so we decided to stay put. No hot water when attempting to have bath late afternoon, informed reception and they said they would alter the timings! The bed was hard, bottom sheet didn't fit properly and no covering underneath so mattress on show, also top sheet had a hole in it, You could clearly hear guests in adjacent rooms using the toilet, not just the flushing! The breakfast room was dirty and uninviting. Only one member of staff clearing tables, in the kitchen, making the coffee- which was not good. The breakfast was poor, tinned peaches , apples large and tasteless, cheap yogurt. Croissants were good though. Market stall within yards with fresh fruit! The table cloth was stained from previous use The cushioned seats were very badly stained and the floor not clean. Front of house not particularly friendly although did assist with taxi company. General state of repair and cleanliness was poor

I feel a bit bad about the fact that mine is going to be the first not-so-great review for this place, but also feel like I ought to be honest. First, the good: it's a very well-maintained, charming, little (emphasis on ”little” ), place. Just four rooms and my room was quite small. and the bathroom was tiny. I honestly don't know if the others are larger, but for $450/night I was expecting more. Also, I guess I didn't realize that this isn't really a hotel. (My bad on that.) But there is no concierge to help you, and matters were made even more tricky in that while I was there the proprietor(s?) were away. I have no idea if they're normally more hands-on, but except for breakfast time, there really wasn't anyone around to ask about anything. The gentleman who was there serving breakfast was extremely nice and helpful, he just wasn't there much. Finally, given what I was paying, and the fact that I was coming off two strenuous weeks of work, and that it was crazy hot in Rome when I was there, I just wanted to be able to relax and not hassle with anything. But there are three different keys and codes you need to get in, it's up on the 4th (I think?) floor. There is a lift, but still some stairs down below, no restaurant, and all was just more work and more complicated than I had anticipated. All in all, it is a pretty place, with comfortable beds, good a/c and internet, etc. But imho, not a great value, and simply too small a room for the money.

Great place to stay, close to everything, clean and accommodating. The staff was very helpful arranging transportation to the few things out of walking distance, and the restaurant was well worth visiting. If we go back to Rome, we will go back to hotel Hiberia.

Choose PS because it was close to lots of things that we wanted to see in Rome. It was a great choice. Walking to most of the major sites was easy and convenient. Price was good. We had 2 rooms - 3 and 31 - and they were both great. Clean. Good wifi. Comfortable bed. Quiet.
