我們兩對情侶住了一間兩卧室的套房，每個房間都有獨立的衞生間，兩個房間中間是個一個客廳，設備很齊全，可以送餐上門使用早餐。裝修風格很簡潔，但是非常乾淨。酒店樓下步行不遠就是噴泉，周邊都是一些餐館、酒館，特別安全。

服務和位置都非常棒

Palazzo Scanderbeg is wonderful and I highly recommend staying there. The room was very comfortable and equipped with everything that we needed. The staff really kind and available for any queries. Location is amazing too, very quiet and yet very central.

This was the best overall hotel experience we have had in all our years of traveling. During our week stay, the hotel was comfortable to both sleep and relax in. During the day the street along the hotel had a bit of activity, but at night it was perfectly quiet. We were able to bring back and reheat food to avoid eating out all the time, which was a bonus. However, what made our stay exceptional was the staff (Umberto, Annalisa and Manuel). They were always genuinely and warmly welcoming us by name daily almost as if we were friends/family, offering great suggestions on places to eat and things to do. One of us had a dental issue and Annalisa was able to get us an appoint with her family dentist. On the day of the appointment, she was at the dentist's office to help with translating into English. Tell me a hotel that has staff that would do that? We could have stayed at any highly regarded hotel in Rome. But the daily interaction with the staff is what makes or breaks a wonderful vacation. Palazzo Scanderbeg is exceptional in every way and we would not hesitate to return with people like Umberto, Annalisa and Manuel at the hotel.

This hotel was a perfect home away from home for our family. We highly recommend it for its spacious suites, solicitous staff, excellent housekeeping, and proximity to many of Rome’s attractions.

Best Hotel staff in the world ! We arrived home today, after spending 12 nights at Palazzo Scanderberg. Cannot talk enough to thank the people who work there, they did made us feel so so good ! They all do their best to please and help you, in the most happy, warm, and professional way. I would like to thank Roberta, Humberto and Francesco at reception, who greeted us every time helping us to find taxis restaurants or whatever we needed, always smilling and taking the time to always make you feel you are the most important guest, which is the way WE ALL WANT TO FEEL when we travel. Jeannette and Adriana at breakfast room, were the highlight, as every morning prepared our breakfasts offering us a wide selection, with true happiness and expertise. On top of it, they also spoke spanish making us feel at home. Also Hussein and the other italian young man whom i cannot remember his name...sorry ! They were always very helpful and kind. The Ladies who did the housekeeping were outstanding, would like to specially name Ozana or however her name is written, because she cleans like no other person in this world, for real ! Our room was the classic room, number 31, with a comfortable bed, bathroom, a small kitchenette and a walking closet, facing a quiet patio so not a noise at night, although it's 2 blocks from Trevi Fountain. We will miss you all, and hope we come back next year !

An excellent apartment hotel suite, we enjoyed the extra space and appreciated the complementary items in the fridge (especially juices and yogurts). There was a large dining room table which was excellent for my laptop, and a large couch for lounging. Excellent bathroom facilities - clean and spacious. BREAKFAST: They brought a basket of breakfast items in and laid it out on the table - goodies from a local bakery/deli - delivered in bags and which you served yourself. Quite a lot of food and we put aside the fruit salad to eat later, and ordered less for breakfast the next day. Lovely friendly staff who seem to have great pride in the hotel. LOCATION: A superb location - a quiet lane but very close to Trevi Fountain - and also very close to the Presidential Palace. Really in the heart of things and many things a walkable distance.

Amazing experience. The room was available early in the morning with no extras, the room was hiuge, food and drinks complimentary from the minibar. Breakfast served in the room....just perfect. All of this for a fair price.
