Once you arrive, you’re greeted by panoramic mountain views in every direction, with the iconic Matterhorn standing proudly in front of you. The setting is perfect for ski-in/ski-out access in winter and stunning hiking trails in summer. Rooms – 9/10 The rooms are cozy, modern, and well-equipped while still maintaining a classic Swiss alpine charm. Many rooms come with Matterhorn views, and waking up to this scenery is an experience in itself. The beds are comfortable, and the rustic wooden decor gives a warm, welcoming feel. Some rooms have balconies, which I highly recommend booking for the full experience. Service – 9/10 The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. Despite the hotel’s remote location, the service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate special requests. From seamless check-in to helpful local recommendations, they make the stay even more special. Dining – 8.5/10 The on-site restaurant serves delicious Swiss cuisine, including traditional dishes like fondue and rösti. The breakfast is generous, featuring fresh bread, cheeses, meats, and eggs cooked to order. The only downside is that, due to the remote location, dining options are limited to the hotel restaurant, but the quality makes up for it. Wellness & Spa – 10/10 The outdoor hot tub with a view of the Matterhorn is an absolute highlight! There’s also a sauna and steam bath, perfect after a day of skiing or hiking. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by snow-capped peaks is an experience worth every penny. Activities – 10/10 Winter: Perfect for skiing, as the hotel is directly on the slopes. The ski room is convenient, and the access to the Gornergrat ski area is unbeatable. Summer: Incredible hiking trails with direct access to the Gornergratbahn for easy excursions to higher altitudes."

"ที่พักสวยงาม ห้องสวีทชั้น4(ชั้นบนสุด)วิว Zermatt mt. เราพักแบบครอบครัว มีสปาบริการฟรี อาหารเช้าสไตล์สวิส อร่อย พนักงานให้คำแนะนำอย่างดีในการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวบริเวณโดยรอบ ห้องพักสวยงาม แต่แสงสลัวเกินไป อาจจะเหมาะกับคู่รักมากกว่า มีให้ก่อกองไฟ(ในตู้กระจก)ให้ความอบอุ่นภายในห้องนั่งเล่น เตียงเสริมถูกนำมาวางไว้ในห้องนั่งเล่นนี้ ทำให้เวลานอนแสงจากกองไฟสว่างเกินไป ส่วนในห้องนอนใหญ่เป็นหลังคากระจก ม่านปิดกั้นไฟฟ้าแต่เสียใช้งานไม่ได้ต้องใช้ manual ห้องนี้หนาวมาก เหมือนheater จะทำงานได้ไม่ดี"

"Lovely stay! Got the matterhorn view suite and it was so beautiful! The receptionist was also very helpful with guiding us with what we can do at Zermatt! However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in. The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!"

"Enjoyed the stay at the hotel, highly recommended. Hotel staffs were friendly and made a little hotel tour to let us know the facilities. Room arranged by the hotel was great with fantastic Mountain View. Breakfast spread was better than expected. Do note that hotel room does not come with aircondlting. It was alright as we kept the balcony door opened with natural cool airflow."

"Booked a family room for 3 adults and 1 child. Service at front counter is excellent! Courteous, friendly and informative. Also we got upgraded! Room is clean and spacious and has a balcony. On going renovation next door during our stay in Oct 2024. Resort has 2 restaurant at the hotel but one apparently requires reservation and has seating time. We were famished when arrived at the restaurant at 8pm, but were told to come back at 830pm for second seating. Such a disappointment when the front counter service was excellent. Had dinner at the pub instead, food wasn’t too bad. Spa facilities was great. Would stay at the same Ola e again. Value for money"

"完美的酒店，感謝拉吉納貝爾為我們提供了完美的服務，還為我們升級了能看到馬特洪峯的大公寓房型。下面總結一下酒店特點： 1、酒店離采爾馬特車站和View point都很近，拖着行李箱走過去很方便，5分鐘左右。而且酒店還提供免費短泊巴士（采爾馬特特有的電瓶車）。 2、酒店本身設施一流，特別是這次入住的3號樓是新樓，景色也是完美，在酒店陽台就能看到view point的景色。水療設施也是全新的有兩個室外泳池一個水温高一點，一個略低。都帶沖浪和按摩功能。 3、酒店服務一流，入住時前台小姐姐還親自帶我們去房間給我們做了Rome tour。早餐也是本次旅行中最豐盛的，有新鮮的煙燻三文魚刺身，和各類火腿、冷盤、水果和蔬菜都是新鮮的，還有homelet。 4、酒店門口就是采爾馬特小鎮免費巴士站，可以去任何地方，包括冰川天堂、五湖纜車站和內格拉特線火車站。"
