Ulasan Hôtel le Rivage

Our experience with customer service was disappointing, as the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. We were placed in a lower-floor room with a very poor internet connection. When we contacted the receptionist for assistance, we were told to wait 30 minutes and to inform them if the situation did not improve. Unfortunately, the internet connectivity worsened after that time. Despite asking to be moved to a different room, the clerk refused our request, even though there were available rooms. We kindly ask for a manager to reach out to us to address these concerns, and no one had the decency to follow up or call back. Just a bunch of leeches. I would never go back in my life. No wonder Le Spa Finlandais disassociated themselves from this awful partnership. If I could give 0 out of 10, I would in a heart beat.

It was nice and a good experience

正直7月夏天去，氣溫28-30度，整幢房屋兩層就只有一部冷氣在下層的廳。其他都沒有冷氣。而冷氣set 17度，但跟本只有風出，成間屋像28度。跟本就唔夠冷氣機及壞的。晚上個個在在2樓也熱住訓覺，借了3把風扇。 另外地板也很污糟，行了5分鐘腳板是黑色的。睡床轉身時也有「ee 」聲，就是太舊了。下層的厠所地板也在發熱，就像在桑拿室一樣。

衞生還算乾淨，服務員很熱情，有免費的gym但不在酒店裡，停車免費。

Super hôtel! Très propre et environnement relaxant. J'y retournerai!
