Stood at front desk for almost an hr before being helped, hotel/room was dirty as well :( but u get what u pay for I suppose

I recently found myself in a pinch and needed a cheap motel room fast! I found Norwood Inn and suites in Roseville Minnesota through a quick google search. I was able to get a room for under $50 a night through Trip. To my surprise Norwood Inn and suites was a full functioning hotel with a pool, continental, breakfast, and modern amenities, comparable to any major hotel chain. The front desk and rest of staff were first rate! I recommend this place to anyone looking to book a cheap but nice place to stay in the Twin Cities. Russell “Rusty” Strong Eden Prairie, MN

There was blood on the blanket holes in the carpet and stains on everything gang sines on the walls and the room was absolutely disgusting there was even bullet holes in the walls. I didn’t get a refund for the room and they also took a 100 deposit and kept it. This was the worst place I wouldn’t let any human stay their I wouldn’t even let my dog stay there.

Walked into this place with my 20 year old daughter. It was filthy so dirty and sketchy. A man was smoking a joint sitting in the hallway. A mother had a screaming baby in a stroller and was smoking with the guy on the floor. We got into the king room and instantly **** smoke all over in our room it smelled terrible. The king bed was two twins pushed together with an egg crate mattress and no bedspread. Turned around and walked out. Told the desk clerk who was very kind and he said he’d refund my room. However it’s been 10 days and still no deposit refund.

Our stay was nice, just wish da hot tub was working, and room when first entering had a musty smell and ice machine on 2nd fl wasn't working, but bed slept comfortable. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

First room toilet didnt flush. 2nd room was dirtier and more beat up than the first but I was so tired I didnt want to deal with it. I didnt really feel things were hazardous though until the 3rd night at 11pm... the hotel actually caught on fire! Yes you read that right, FIRE! Whether it was a guest or the hotel itself or a combination of both, the only thing I'm happy about is at least the fire alamrs worked! Needless to say, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Easy to book and stay, no real issues. Staff could have gotten check-in information from me earlier. And when I tried, they were not at the front desk. They need to make sure they are cleaning under the beds better. Some inconvenience, but overall, it was cool.

Proper care was not taken with our room. The mirror was crooked, there was a hole in the bathroom wall and the bed was uncomfortable and sunk in. Worth $65 a night? Not sure if I will stay there again.

I had to checkout immediately because of the condition of the hotel, the room had muled and spider net, carpet turned black because of dirty, it had horrible smell, door had damages, walls has something that looks like human west.

Convenient. Some lights didn't work and toilet seat was nearly off, crumbs under bed and a faint stench of mildew.

It was not clean or friendly, and the man at the front desk refused to let us check in so we had to go to another hotel. I will never refer this hotel to anyone.
