Extremely friendly staff, especially Judith at the front desk. The breakfast was fantastic! The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the noise in the morning. We could hear people walking above us. However, there was little noise during the night.

The room was clean, new and spacious. Comfortable bed and good hot shower. Location was close to attractions and restaurants, Staff friendly and helpful, special thanks to airport shuttle driver Angelica for her on time 5am pickup.

Our check-in process was very good. The guy was friendly and welcoming. The room was large, with a fridge and microwave. The beds were pretty old and hard. The thing that really bothered me was there were no blackout panels on the windows. They only had curtains that you could see right through! Not very reassuring when people can walk right in front of your room. I had my husband go outside and stand at the window at night to see if he could see anything through those curtains. He said he couldn't, but it was just creepy! There were no regular channels, just a Roku smart TV which was not very user friendly, Once more people checked in there was no way the internet could support it, and it stopped every minute to load and load and load, making it absolutely impossible to watch anything! In the morning there were no breakfast bags, so my husband asked the maintenance guy that was walking around since there was nobody in the office. He just hurried by and said there weren't any. (which we had already figured out!) No apology, no explanation. When we checked out there was finally someone at the front desk and we asked her about breakfast. She said they didn't deliver them, but she wasn't sure why. We just stood there waiting, so she finally asked us if we would like some fruit, and got us a couple of apples and oranges from the fridge in the office. We apreciated that, at least it was something. There was hand sanitizer at each door entryway, which was good to see.

We decided to stay at the candlewood because we were trying to save a few bucks from a Holiday inn. We are Holiday inn members and we love Holiday inn for the price the place is not bad. I didn't quite understand that this is a long-term hotel when we first came here. Being that this is essentially a working man home away from home. As the pictures show it has a few dents and dings only on the outside the rooms are very nicely decorated it has a little paint missing here and there but the room is incredible for the price it is associated with Holiday inn and I still get points. I probably will stay at Holiday inn from now on even though it's a little more expensive simply because I don't need an extended stay room and you sort of get what you pay for the beds are nice but they're not as comfortable as Holiday inn the showers are nice but they're not as nice as Holiday inn. To give you an idea it has a full fridge a full microwave full sink and a dishwasher. If I was working as a labor man or even if I was working as a nurse travel nurse, this would be ideal for me as it is a very spacious room it is very comfortable and it has plenty of working space with office chairs and desk space. Don't let the lobby appearance fool you the rooms are well worth it for the price. I will say the front lobby staff treated our family very well, and made us feel welcome. They are doing renovations in the lobby, as with all renovations your place looks like crap until you get it fixed but it's only the lobby everything else looks very nice. They were nice enough to accommodate me on the bottom floor and with two extra pillows for that I am indebted to them.

Good welcoming at the reception, everything is clean and the rooms are nice and big. A lot of restaurant in the area. Breakfast room too small.
