We are here for three nights. The Motel is situated at the beginning of Rotorua with the lake in front and plenty of parking. It is a great place with an easy short walk into the shops and restaurants. The motel was clean and had everything needed including a microwave and two plate hob. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was the wierdest place we stayed at during our trip to NZ. We stayed at B&B. The kitchen area was nice to use, breakfast was ok. Everything was clean. Situated in the center, free parking. The room though was super tiny. Nowhere to even put our suitcases. No nets in windows when there is no AC! We had tons of insects inside as we stayed during hot days. It's also impossible to get the room to cool down as there is no through ventilation. The bathroom is also super awkward. No exhaust fan. Absolutely nowhere to put your toiletries, no shelves, no hooks, towels stay wet since again there no air movement. Our room was next to the kitchen so with open windows we heard all cars and all people that got up early. Absolutely do not recommend.

What a gem of a place. Barry at checkin was super helpful and had some great recommendations of where to go and eat. Plenty of free parking. Room big, views of the lake and very clean. Easy walk in to Eat Street and all the delights of the town. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Great location, nice and clean and plenty of amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, flannels) provided in the room. The Manager was super helpful, gave us great restaurant and breakfast recommendations. Would definitely advise staying here.

Found ourselves in Rotorua a day earlier than anticipated and needed to book something last minute. Many places were booked up but this place got some great reviews and had a room for us. Not sure why it was still available as it certainly was an amazing find. Right on the lake and only 5 minutes walk from Eat Streat with so many fantastic restaurants and bars to enjoy. We were welcomed by Barry who was so friendly and helpful. Gave us two brilliant recommendations for food, wine and beer. The room was huge, pleasant, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy and the shower was fantastic. Loads of toiletries and fluffy towels, hairdryer, iron, Nespresso machine, free Wi-Fi,…Really do recommend this motel.

On arrival at check in we were made most welcome by the manager, John who went above & beyond in providing information. Our room was amazing. Front of house with direct lake views across the road. Room 11. Amazing! Had a wonderful stay here in a very large room which was more a suite with kitchenette & seperate lounge and bedroom. There is a heated pool for guest use. Highly recommend this motel which is in fact much more than that.

Its a small motel, older styled, but recently refurbished. Amazing location, a few metres from the lake and waterfront facilities and boardwalk. “Eat St” a new restaurant/bar area is close by. Comfy new beds, plus great “thermal” heating system made this a great cosy motel. Super clean, good access unit for those with a physical challenge too.

The studio apartment was large and spotlessly clean. It was overlooking the lake and a very short walk to town (including Eat Street). There wasn't a balcony as such but there was a small table and chairs to sit on looking at the lake.

Such a nice room! We were very happy. Nicer than the pictures online even. The interior has been updated fairly recently and it’s comfortable. Good shower too. Great location by the lake - for the price usually you’d be miles away down Fenton St. Appreciated the warm and friendly welcome.
