Not explained at check in was: only change of daily towels but not daily housekeeping nor vacuuming so go back to an uncleaned room daily if more than one night. Sink in bathroom does not work and not rectified even after staff was in room to witness it. Hotel adopts a cat in reception and lobby ground area

Horrible hotel, good location but super super dirty. There is a stain on white bed sheet, luggage storage is unsafe, no lock, very dirty. No amenities in the room, not even glass of water, no kettle, no water, not even HEATER. You are freezing in the room and the receptionist gave you a small heater fan! I was reading the reviews and I thought it could fix but it wasn’t ! During my stay there was a toilet issue. Water mixed with someone’s poop reversed back to the toilet even the first time check in, I reported 3 times and the whole room smell like public toilet. Horrible stay Most horrible hotel in my life.

Great Value, good Location! Would book again. Most Sights are in walking distance. Many Restaurants and Shops nearby.

Alright for our one night layover, wouldn't have wanted to stay there for our entire trip. Good value though!

The Room was extremely cold and loud. We couldn’t sleep there and after asking at the reception, they only offered a „hearter“ (see in the picture) which didn’t not help at all and the employees were being rude to us for not being satisfied with thw room and reporting it.

Great location,friendly staff,room cleaning only evry 3rd day,room is quiet small,some lights weren’t working properly,heater was provided on request but should have been there.

For me, my experience and my expectations the room was okay, but the room in the  corner is a little dirty. And have mosquito and I can’t sleep well  😴because of that I thought I can relax and rest but not but yea  and their elevator I feel I’m stocked when I’m inside   Because of the door  I hope they fix it so anyone not scared when they use it  🙏 and.  The staff are friendly they assist you with the smile 😊 thank you

The hotel's location is quite good, with restaurants and a supermarket downstairs, and the commercial district just a short walk away. The interior is a bit old-fashioned, and the elevator was out of order. The room isn't very big either, and there was a noticeable sewage smell from the bathroom.

Facilities: A simple 2-star hotel, but the location is super convenient. Cleanliness: Simple and tidy. Ambiance: Decent, the lobby had a simple Christmas tree. Service: Basic, but still quite polite.

Although we arrived after the start of checkin time, we had to wait for the room to be ready, the receptionist wasn't nice. While waiting I was reading the comments of other travelers and I can say that most of them are accurate. 

I really didn’t enjoy it that much. It’s expensive but the room is not worth it.

It wasn't like that what we saw in Internet. Light was not working, hairs on Bed, dirty bedsheets, lift ist too slowly.

Convenient transportation, easy access to shopping, attentive service, and comfortable rooms.

Ok let's start with Abigail ( hope spelling is correct) She was delightful. Checked me in and gave me several pointers for where to go, what to see and directions. Other staff there hangIng out also a great tour guide, sorry did not exchange names. The room was good. Only the shower was rough to enter with the glass door opening only part way. Was noted when I checked out to repair. But soo much walkable places close to eat and drink.
