I was told l'd be impressed, and this wonderful hotel was as l'd expected, and more. This is a fantastic hotel for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, which is what we wanted, and what we got. Staff - fantastic, from reception to the dining room, from the bar to the cleaning staff - they all work so hard, but do so with a smile on their faces and a desire to please. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Every member of staff is a credit to the hotel. Food - breakfast and evening meal of the highest quality. Great choices in the evening, and plenty of them. Top quality. Pool area - peaceful. Pool bar for snacks and drinks, good sized pool. Rooms - cleaned to a high standard every day. Spacious, with all you need: safe, fridge, desk, loo, shower, and plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. Grounds - immaculate and well kept Location - very pleasant. Sa Coma is nice, and we enjoyed a walk each morning and/or evening to S'illot. For great shopping take a bus or cab to Cala Millor / Cala Bona. It's also a lovely promenade walk there too, and if you want to eat out once or twice, or to find a bit of lively entertainment during your stay, there's plenty of choice there, too. Bar - nice environment and very competitively priced. Great service throughout the evening from the staff while you enjoy the entertainment. Entertainment - there's something on in the bar every night from 9pm til about 1030pm. Some nights it's what l'd call very pleasant background entertainment, some nights it's a great show and opportunity to have a boogie: the Premium Band were fantastic, and the Freddie Mercury tribute had the place rocking. All in all, a fantastic holiday in a wonderful hotel, and I can't recommend highly enough. Final thought: if you’re a party animal it’s not for you. But to suggest, as one individual did (clearly with a chip on the shoulder) that this is God’s waiting room is not just ludicrous beyond belief, but grossly and gratuitously insulting. Trust me - this is a fantastic hotel!
