We were particularly impressed by the professionalism and kindness of Mr. Brahim, your front office manager, and his outstanding team members, Mr. Fayssal, Mrs. Fatima Zahra, and Mr. Mohamed. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience truly memorable. A special thank you also goes to Ms. Jamila, our housekeeper, for ensuring our room was always immaculate and comfortable, as well as to Mr. Sabir, the bartender, for his excellent service and delightful drinks. Additionally, the entertainment provided by Mr. Mahdi and his team was a highlight of our stay, adding so much enjoyment to our time at the hotel. Ik las wat slechte reviews over het eten van het hotel. Na vier dagen te hebben verbleven kan ik zeggen dat het hotel super gevarieerde eten verzorgde. De locatie is super met het privé strand en drie grote zwembaden. In de avond ook leuke entertainment. Jammer dat het strand geen bar heeft en je terug het hotel in moet voor drankjes. Verder werden onze kamers ook verzorgd. Goede locatie en dichtbij Marina Saidia waar leuke tentjes zijn.

The holiday in this hotel was wonderful. Beautiful place, rich animation program, all the staff were very nice, animation team absolutely perfect, everyone was always smiling and full of energy, specially DJ Samir, whose music, smile and nice presence accompanied us throughout our stay.

Hôtel top service impeccable on a pris pension complète on est reçu comme des rois nourriture midi et soir à la carte très bien servis avec de la couleur du goût et très bien présenté 5 étoiles bravo chef les serveurs aussi vraiment au service des personnels du métier bravo car je suis du métier moi aussi je chef de cuisine, petit déjeuner manque un vrai café expresso si non toute est nickel les chambres spacieuses.
