Comfort Suites St Augustine Historic District Area

Recent stay there for a work trip and then family came up and it was excellent. Very new and clean hotel. Staff was amazing! I definitely want to say that John at the front desk was extremely accommodating, super nice and helpful. He always went above and beyond and really needs to be recognized. The hotel is new and very clean, very close proximity to a lot of things. I will be staying here again!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The bed was pretty firm, which I loved, but my husband not so much!

The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel is new so it’s in good shape as well as clean, and the location was safe and convenient. Our only complaint is the walls seemed a bit “thin” as far as outside noise.

The breakfast is included. But is basic and ordinary. More ordinary than basic The bed is really hard. Very uncomfortable for sleep I was in better bed in worst hotel than a comfort suite Please do something for the people than use smart tv. At the end we can find better tv shows at internet than a regular cable services

Overall our stay was good. There were a couple things that annoyed me but were not deal breakers I guess. For starters, our keys continuously didn’t work which is frustrating because you need them to operate the elevator and your room yet sometimes they would work for the elevator, but not when you got to your room. So we had to make multiple trips throughout our stay having them “reactivated”. The AC in the room was irritating me the most. We would lower it to cool the room and then RANDOMLY notice it was set to 80, 82, 83. So we’d lower it back down to 70-72. An hour later, it’s back set in the 80s. The first couple times it happened, I yelled at my 4yr old thinking it was her until it was happening while she was asleep. Lol So Throughout the night ****** because I’m super heat sensitive so as soon as it would miraculously climb back to 80 something, I’d be up lowering it back down. -___- My husband and I couldn’t tell if it was a setting they had it defaulted to but none the less, we couldn’t figure out to prevent it from happening. Buffet breakfast was what you’d expect so nothing negative to say there. Waffles, sausage, cereal, yogurt, toasts etc. Btw the breakfast attendants were both very friendly and ready to help if needed. Overall, the hotel was very clean. Just remember to request extra/fresh towels if you’d like them. Toilet paper as well. Lol Housekeeping only comes on request

This property is new within the last 6 months. It is terrific shape. Our room was clean and large/ deep. We looked out over the sparkling pool from the 2 nd floor.

Best hotel in the St. Augustine area. New, clean, and quiet rooms which are twice the size of other places. Very upscale with a great breakfast. Also, close to downtown area .

The place was clean and comfortable, in a good location. The breakfast was fine. The only thing was the bed and pillows. The bed was The bed was hard and the pillows were too soft, but overall the experience was good.
