The amenities fee is beyond ridiculous! The resort is very nice and staff are excellent. The pool was closed early in the evening due to insufficient lighting and again due to an issue with emergency phone interruption due to weather. Otherwise it is a beautiful resort.

Let’s start with the positive. The accommodations are nice, as nice as any in the BG family. The staff is great. Very helpful and polite. The immediate property is fine. We were disappointed to find World Golf is a ghost town. No shops, no Hall of Fame (despite all of the signage to the contrary), just empty. We are used to staying on property as much as possible with other BG resorts. This trip we constantly had to drive out of World Golf for food and entertainment. If you’re coming to play golf or stay while visiting Old Town, it’s a great stay.

Rooms are nice but dated. Balcony is super small. The WiFi sucks, which for this day and age is unacceptable! Pool is beautiful and clean; however only 4 ft deep.... mostly 3 ft. Pool hrs are only 10 to 7. Late check out is only until 11. Service was meh... asked for towels. Brought 2 sets but didn't take used ones. Floor was not washed, it had a sticky area by table. Asked to clean it.... never came or did a crappy job. I cleaned myself.

I cannot put into words how frustrated I am with BlueGreen Vacation Club. Despite having no mortgage and being completely up-to-date on our maintenance fees, BlueGreen has chained us to our timeshare obligation without respite. It feels like they are holding us hostage to an agreement that has brought nothing but disappointment and exasperation. It's painfully clear that BlueGreen values our money far more than our satisfaction. Consider this: The funds that we have been draining into our BlueGreen timeshare could have sponsored multiple exotic vacations. Instead, we're trapped in an endless cycle of expense and dissatisfaction courtesy of BlueGreen. It's a financial abyss that offers no value or enjoyment in return. BlueGreen - it is high time that you adopt a customer-first approach. Honor the basic principles of customer satisfaction and fairness. Release us from this burdensome obligation. We have no intention of continuing to pay for a service that brings us nothing but discontent.

Well. They charge 174.00 amenities fee. Which included what should already be included. Such as the pool Which closed at 730 pm. Each night Because they don’t have adequate lighting around the pool so state law makes them close it until they correct that We skipped the pushy time share people when we arrived. We came back for our parking pass the next day Wish I’d thought of that at other resorts Megan check us in She was so sweet. A definite asset to the company The stayed in room 525. It was nice. The screened porch was a plus. The amenity fee is what made us unhappy Just another way to milk money out of you

The resort was beautiful with great pool, grills, tennis court, basketball court. However it was about a 20 minute drive to any area attractions including the beach, downtown St. Augustine and restaurants. The wifi was not good at all either.

Stayed for a week - had multiple units for multiple families. Positives: I did not mind the distance to St. Augustine - easy drive. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed our time at the pool. Grounds were beautiful and enjoyed the scenery. Unit was clean and had what was needed for a comfortable stay. Challenges: I have never been to a resort in the summer where the pool closed at 8 p.m. When I asked, I was told it was due to lighting which sounded fishy to me as it as well lit as any other place I have stayed. Room layout did not make sense - master bedroom had the smallest bathroom while 2nd bedroom had the largest bathroom with plenty of space. The timeshare people are pushy. Adequate place but I have stayed at much nicer Blue Green properties.

Beautiful clean grounds and friendly staff. The location is great too. I will definitely return. First time in but not the last. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great value for your money. Nice views of golf. I appreciate that it is a small complex.
