Great service and very clean rooms, very relaxing!!!

The minute I walked in, I was unimpressed. Dingy front desk and lobby area. It was just for one night so we figured it was not worth it to try and find another hotel last minute. Elevator is old and made a lot of noise. We took the stairs after that initial ride. On the surface, room looked to be clean. Bathroom showed it's age. Dirty corners, stains on tub. The beds made noise with each toss and turn. The walls are paper thin. It sounded like the people in the room directly above us where running, jumping and moving furniture around. I didn't realize the hotel was pet friendly. Multiple dogs were barking at all hours of the night and since the walls were thin, it sounded like they were in the room with us. Complementary breakfast was only served until 9am. There is a sign posted and I am pretty sure the front desk informed us of the time when we checked in, however I was not really paying attention as most other hotels serve breakfast until at least 10 or 11 am. We came downstairs at 5 minutes to 9 am and most of the food had already been picked up. Do yourself a favor and don't stay at this hotel. It's not worth the money you are saving by staying here

We arrived for our stay and immediately, the lobby was dingy and dirty. Once we received our keys, we went straight to our room. Our room had an awful humid/mildewy smell, that was not tolerable for an overnight stay. The floor was wet by the mini fridge (likely the cause of the smell). We attempted to call the front desk to explain the state of the room and inquire on a room change, but the room phone was broken. We called on our cell and they informed us that the hotel was booked and the best they could do was offer us lysol - which they would not even bring up to us. That was unacceptable, so we intended on going downstairs shortly. Before we did, my partner attempted to turn on the TV, which was also broken (screen wasn’t working, but we could hear the sound). We went downstairs to inquire further, as we would not be able to sleep in what felt like a health hazard (what with the mildew/humid stench). The “manager” down there, who did not provide us with his name, explained that the mini fridge has frozen over and the cleaning service had unplugged it and failed to plug it back in. He explained that he was sent up to “fix it,” and that he had tried to clean up the floor the best he could. We found this to be shocking that the manager himself had seen the state of the room and still allowed for it to be booked, and did not even give us a semblance of a heads up to what we were walking up to. We requested a refund, which at the very least was granted. Wouldn’t ever return.

I got there on Wednesday January 10th at 3pm The person at the front desk told me to wait She went to check to see if she had rooms available She came back 20 minutes later started texting on her cell phone try to sell me tickets to the light show She did everything byt get me a room afrter 40 minutes I asked her if she wanted me to leave and come back she said yes.

During check in, I specifically asked if the construction would impact the room we had. We were told that it wouldn’t and that it was only the pool. Once in the room, though, it sounded as if they were laying floor in the room above us and that went on until 7:45 in the evening. Very loud and very distracting. The breakfast left much to be desired as well, but it did the job. The bathroom, while clean, had issues with the shower head and it was so off that I didn’t even feel comfortable using it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even if they just need one night like we did. It needs some major love and it shows.

Everything is in good condition, the rooms are very spacious, I liked the treatment of my pet, the breakfast was super delicious, I recommend it, I hope to return soon

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good and staff very friendly. We left a jacket at our room and they were so sweet and able to send it back to us. Location was awesome too.

Room smelled funky. Not sure if it’s because the cleanning products they use due that the property allows pets but it was a very strong odor. Towels had stains on them. The rest of the property was ok but those two things were noticeably bad.
