It was very noisy, kept awake by people outside the motel, then incessant beeping starting in the early hours. It wasn’t even the construction noise but inside the motel. Don’t recommend the first floor the upstairs neighbors may as well be in your room.

We were very impressed with the location and accessibility to the sites in old St. Augustine. The rooms were very clean and pleasing with its modern decor. The front desk personel were very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. We had an overall good experience and will stay here again.

Stay was good
Room was updated but there was a funky smell I’m not sure if it’s the water in St Augustine or not but it was overwhelming.

Excellent location, excellent front desk service. They should improve the maintenance and cleaning of the common areas and especially the rooms. Very good price for the location it has. We really enjoyed our stay!

It's in a great location. We had two queens and we're in room 121 which is on the first floor. There is a fridge, micro, and everything you need for showering. The beds were comfy, the shower head perfect and the towels were soft. I highly recommend staying here

The location is great right in the historic district. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was somewhat dated, the chairs were worn although comfortable! A towel was dirty but they replaced it right away. The bed was comfortable. It’s overall a good value for its location.

We have stayed at this property several times and keep coming back and also recommended to others. Nice staff and easy check in always. Nice quiet location but within walking distance to everything. You never have to move your car to go to restaurants, attractions, shopping and nightlife. Definitely will go back again! Oh and great deck overlooking Lion's Bridge and Mantanza Bay and marina!
