Nous avons réservé un appartement pour 4 personnes 2 adultes et 2 enfants avec petit déjeuner. A notre arrivé le lit du salon n'était pas fait nous avons du le déplier nous même et installer les couettes et oreillers. Le logement est grand. Le papier toilette est de mauvaise qualité. Au cours de notre séjour nous avons été interpellé par la réception qui nous a indiqué que les petits déjeuners des enfants n'étaient pas compris et étaient à payer en plus. Nous avons refusé car sur notre email de confirmation c'était écrit petit déjeuner inclus, la réceptionniste bien embêtée a indiqué qu'elle demanderait à sa responsable. Au final elle nous dit que c'est bon plus tard dans la journée. Le lendemain matin la personne qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner aussi débordée soit elle a quand même pris le temps de venir nous dire que les enfants n'étaient pas inclus, nous avons répondu que sa collègue avait dit que oui et elle nous a finalement laisser prendre notre petit déjeuner. Par ailleurs la salle du petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop petite et le service de buffet n'est pas assez vite renouvelé. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien.

Stayed a few days. Okay for the price. Extremely dirty stairs, no cleaning under bed (found old cigarettes from latest guests.. ) not enough toilet paper or soap available. Not all equipment work in room. Bed uncomfortable. Yet, affordable. Some of the staff is very kind (others are barely doing the job...) the cleaning staff is kind. No good sound insulation but okayish with relatively quiet neighbours.

Brilliant hotel located in a very ambient part of town. Novotel Staff impeccable polite and friendly throughout my stay, offering up superb recommendations and advice with travel. A true credit to Saint Etienne Novotel. Breakfast and in general food was extremely pleasant, especially the orange juices. Very well equipped for a long day ahead indeed. Convenient location, at the very front of the central train station and our room was spectacular very well furnished and comfortable. Highly Highly Recommended.

My experience turned out to be way better than what I expected from the reviews. The superior rooms under the roof are very comfortable, the bed of excellent quality. Everything was very clean and new and the amenities of good quality. The place feels very private, on top of a hill with private parking and easily accessible from the highway. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have seen in the country (excellent coffee quality, fresh orange juice, pastries and cold cuts/cheese) etc.. The setting is classy and the place must be spectacular in summer. Excellent value of money (at least in this season).

Hôtel rénové, très jolie décoration. Service impeccable : chambre propre et disponible le matin, personnel très aimable. La chambre est très bien insonorisée, ce qui est appréciable en centre-ville. Accès parfait face à la gare, et petit-déjeuner copieux disponible tôt le matin avant le train :) Merci beaucoup.
