I arrived and was greeted promptly by a gentleman at the front desk. After taking care of the incidental hold, he handed me my key cards and directed me to the elevators. My room was large and very clean. It wouldve been helpful to have a guide of channels for the tv and washclothes in the room. The breakfast was ok with scrambled eggs, chicken patties, pastries, waffle makers, and 4 types of cereal. If I was more hungry than I had been, the selection could've been better. It is located near a ton of eateries and shopping.

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

Bed was hard & there was no free wifi, only for hotel members. Otherwise, it was beautiful & clean.

A very nice hotel. Had not known that this hotel existed before we took a flyer on it. Very pleasent surprise. We wanted something close to the baseball stadium (easy walk of about 4 blocks) and with easy access by car as we drove up from down south. Service was very good and the hotel lobby, bar area (another plus) and the rooms were very pleasing to my wife. They had live music Friday night playing adjacent to the bar and after the game we settled in the lounge area for a few hours just relaxing. Only negative was that the lower floors were a bit noisy with street noise and in the future I will request a much higher floor. We will definatly go back!

Location = Great for the Arch
Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross.
Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience.
Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk.
Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.

Parking was a little confusing because there’s a large lot right behind the hotel but I had to move my car to a building to the side after check in and it was an unexpected expense, but the hotel, location, room and bar are all great. It was a bit disconcerting to realize everyone in the bar already knew each other because they’re actually club members rather than guests, but I guess the name of the place should have tipped me off to that.

The Pear Tree Inn is a five minute drive from the airport, clean, secure, beds were comfortable, I highly recommend it! All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We spent one night because we were flying out the next morning and it couldn't have been better.

RReedPAn absolutely great location that is right across the street from the new St. Louis city soccer stadium, it's two blocks walking distance from the city market Union station area. It's easily accessible just off of I64.
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and fairly well stocked. And the one downside would be the in room refrigerator. It was very tiny and had no freezer section, which depending on the visitor they may or may not need. I am coming from far enough away and with children that I needed to refreeze freezer packs for snacks.
The breakfast each morning was okay. It was scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs with cheese plus sausage. One morning it was a choice of turkey, sausage patties or pork sausage patties, while the next day was a choice of pork sausage links or chicken sausage links. Links. Plus they had the standard bread, English muffin, bagels, muffin, fruit. The downside would be the lack of waffle maker. I don't know why that makes a difference, because I don't really eat waffles. But my kid loves waffles and loves to make them. And instead of having a waffle maker, they had a hot plate filled with pre-made bagged frozen waffles that they had preheated for everybody. Oh yeah in my pics you'll see a pic of my kid's milk. IT wasn't expired, but the ad on it was and it gave me quite a scare when I saw it.
And depending on plans, and what I need to be close to, if need be I will definitely stay here again with my family. The area was safe, clean, and I forgot the funniest part... Directly across the street from the FBI. LOL 😂🚓🚔
DDonniedon86A great hotel and one of best stays. Tho the room smelt stale and there was an additional charge for parking. The actual comfort was good and receptionist was friendly.
PPengguna TetamuThe hotel has been recently remodeled and is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable. The location is great--close to everything. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish I could name them all. The event manager, Neil, was very helpful . We were in town for a wedding and many of the guests stayed here. The lobby was a great space for us to gather in and visit. I would highly recommend this hotel.
AAmanda KayOverall, a wonderful experience at the Last Hotel.
Cons: inconsistent staff kindness/helpfulness. Like so many places right now, they seem to be understaffed and some employees handle that load better than others. We experienced quite an outburst from one valet employee but noted that most are trying to be as helpful as possible with what they have. There also were only a handful of rooms ready by check-in, but they let us use their pool in the meantime.
Pros: Awesome pool - great view. Our room??? Stunning! We felt spoiled and slept like babies. Truly beautiful renovations, great craftsmanship and fun personality. Hotel felt safe even in the midst of a louder part of town with a rough nightlife.
Tip: it’s expensive but pay for valet. They were prompt in their service, the gated lots nearby don’t have in and out privileges, and you’ll want to keep your car off the street overnight.
PPengguna TetamuThis is a pleasant, inviting hotel with location as its absolute biggest perk. It is an 5-10 minute drive from the St. Louis Arch and the thick of downtown. At the same time, parking is free! Rooms facing east (a trench of them on each floor) have a view of downtown, including the lit-up Ferris wheel and the arch peaking between buildings. We had a room on the 2nd floor, but ask or try to reserve a higher floor. Other pluses: - nice interiors; - good kitchen in rooms; - couch with a foldaway bed in it in suites; - rooms have balconies; - great sound insulation in rooms; - helpful staff at front desk - fruit-infused water in lobby; - happy hour with 2 drinks/ person at 5-7 pm (selection is limited); - pretty good breakfast selection (included in stay). Minuses: - pool was under repair (but not indicated anywhere during booking); - several amenities were near-broken or broke during our stay; - maintenance took a long time to come.
