Love this chain never disappoints

Caj dua kali ganda pada kad kredit anda dan jangan keluarkan dana anda dengan segera. Perkhidmatan pelanggan yang lemah. Tiada peti sejuk atau microwave di dalam bilik. Tiada penjarakan sosial di hotel. Satu-satunya perkara yang mereka ada ialah makanan yang enak.

Location = Great for the Arch Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross. Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience. Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk. Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.

Tempat yang menakjubkan. Pertunjukan cahaya di lobi utama yang bersejarah sangat mempesonakan. Pesan makanan bar dan sediakan diri anda untuk hiburan malam. Bilik-bilik tetamu terlindung di bawah bangsal kereta api yang bersejarah, penuh dengan kolam refleksi, restoran dan, sudah tentu, roda ferris 400 kaki. Nota istimewa ialah Akuarium Saint Louis yang serba baharu. Ia berbaloi dengan harga yang anda luangkan masa anda. Anda boleh tergesa-gesa dalam sejam, tetapi belanjakan sekurang-kurangnya 2- 2-1/2 jam dan ambil masa s-l-o-w-l-y.

Hotel ini sangat bagus dan lokasinya hebat. Mereka mempunyai bilik senaman penuh yang lebih sihat dan kakitangannya sangat baik dan menarik

A very nice hotel. Had not known that this hotel existed before we took a flyer on it. Very pleasent surprise. We wanted something close to the baseball stadium (easy walk of about 4 blocks) and with easy access by car as we drove up from down south. Service was very good and the hotel lobby, bar area (another plus) and the rooms were very pleasing to my wife. They had live music Friday night playing adjacent to the bar and after the game we settled in the lounge area for a few hours just relaxing. Only negative was that the lower floors were a bit noisy with street noise and in the future I will request a much higher floor. We will definatly go back!

Unfortunately, due to a horrific experience at this hotel on Friday, March 10, but worse yet, how they handled it, more like, didn't handle it at all, it overshadowed any positive feedback I would have liked to have provided for this hotel. My husband and I have received zero communications/acknowledgment/not an ounce of compassion from ANYONE associated with this hotel, which all stems from an absolutely terrible experience - being stuck in this hotel's small elevator for over 80 minutes, late at night with anxiety ridden people and some VERY unfortunate circumstances including bladders filling up! We were told from someone over the speaker that we would be out in 10 minutes when their elevator company arrives, which turned into 30 minutes with no one showing up nor any updates. Not because of the hotel staff, but because of my friends/family insisting, 911 was finally called and the fire department was dispatched. Saturday morning we asked to speak with management and were told that management wasn't there on the weekends. We checked out on Sunday, and asked that a manager call us on Monday. Nothing. 7 days later, and there has been ZERO communication from this property's management. We didn’t even receive an apology nor receive any acknowledgement about our experience from the desk clerks that weekend. Nothing. Unbelievable and inexcusable. I'm disgusted, disappointed, now angry and disturbed by the silence, disregard and lack of compassion from this establishment.

If this hotel is representative of what Marriott is doing with Westin's, the Westin brand is deteriorating. Plastic cups in the rooms like a Best Western. Quattro restaurant is poor; asked for glasses for wine and one glass was very dirty. Quattro delivered our dinner to the wrong room; when we got the dinner it was not what we ordered. Thermostat in room was 'dead'; if not fixed management would make us move everything to a different room at 8:30 pm. Maintenance found that when the filters were changed the thermostat was not turned on! And the guest had to discover the thermostat was not working. Westin still has comfortable beds. Fortunately the valet and front desk people were good--although the staffing is very thin until 7am when the nightshift ends! Do not recommend and will avoid Westins in the future.
