We came as a family of 3 from the U.S. and absolutely LOVED our week-long stay. I was concerned by some of the reviews prior to arriving but found the entire place fabulous, and the staff friendly and welcoming. We essentially had an entire apartment - two bedrooms, one salon et one terrace with a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, water heater, stovetop, and dishes, cutlery, etc.). We were exceptionally impressed. We rented a car from the airport, but this can also be done sur place at the hotel, and we used it - with the hotel as our base - to visit other parts of the island (highly recommend plage de grande anse, as well as point des chateaux, which is reminiscent of Belle-île-en-mer). We will be back and hope to stay for a month or so next time.

I really love the location, the site is beautiful, the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was a dream, very good and complete. A big thanks to Rudy who make our stay perfect. I will definitely come back. Thank you all for our exceptional holidays.

Nice place especially for families but the complex needs some renovation, it's dated. The breakfast is expensive 18 euros per adult (half price for the children under 12), it's too much for families with 2 or 3 children/teenagers. The kitchen outside is a nice idea but the dishes should be kept in a closed shelf....ours wasn't so we almost didn't use it. Overall, a good experience.

Several days notice given that I couldn’t stay because of flight cancellations but no refund offered - they pocketed full amount. Be careful.

It is a wonderful place and I really appreciate the spa section and the pool. But my experience in the balaou wasn’t great. The service was wonderful but the meal wasn’t at all. And for the room there was no iron. the two twinbed put together wasn’t a great idea and the check in was done with two hours late

Nous avons passé un excellent séjours au sein de cet établissement et ce n'était pas notre première fois. Petite mésaventure lors de notre arrivée, erreur de chambre et coupure d'eau. Nous avons évoqués cela à la réception, et pour contredire un commentaire...Le directeur nous a accueilli dans son bureau pour régler ce désagrément, Mr Sans fut très à l'écoute, disponible de suite, accueillant et bienveillant. Nous le remercierons jamais assez pour son geste...Nous étions aussi accompagné de notre petit Yorkshire, Tibout, qui lui aussi a adoré se promener dans les jardins et se baigner au bord de mer. Merci à toutes l'équipe pierre et vacances, salut à toi Jean -Luc, merci pour toutes tes animations. Je recommande Pierre et vacances à 100%, et nous y retournons au mois d'Octobre dès l'ouverture en espérant recevoir le même accueil.

Nous étions au bougainvillier, partie qui a été rénovée, balcon avec vue mer, Prestation ménage toutes les 48h. chambre propre; nous sommes arrivés le 26/12, pas de chariot pour monter les bagages à la résidence, dommage 2 roulettes en moins sur une valise ..... lors de la première nuit, alarme incendie déclenchée, personne de la réception n'est venue voir ... le balou était fermé. concernant les plages, celle du tamarin est plus calme et discrète tout comme la piscine; le restaurant kambava est à fuir .... à midi aucune serveuse n'avait la carte ...... elles avaient complètement désintéressé 12h30 nous commandons des ouassous flambés, elles arrivent crues deuxième tour en cuisine toujours crues .... la salade de chèvre 4 tomates et un pané au milieu.. apéro + plats a 4 personnes pour la coquette sommes de 127 euros ....
