The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing. They made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast spread wasn't great to be honest. We selected this place since the airport is only 15 minutes away. However all the other tourist spots were nearly one and a half hours away drive from the hotel. But if you enjoy long drives I would really recommend this hotel for your stay in Salalah during the Khareef season.

واجهة الفندق الاستقبال كان سيء ناس مكشرة غير بشوشة وغير متعاونين معنا كسياح طلبنا غرفة مطلة على البحر حطو لنا غرفة بالقبو للفندق الغرفة غير نظيفة وقالوا انها مطلة ايضاً!! والموية صفراء مانقدر نتروش و اخلاق الفلبينية خصوصاًً تكرهك بالمكان وظفوا شباب عماني اخلاق يشرف المكان طلبنا نغير الغرفة قالت مااقدر ماقلتي لي من اول ! طلبنا نسوي خروج كلمت اللي يشيل الشنط لنا قلت لها بشيلهم قالت ليه ماقلتيلي طيب انا جالسه اقولك! والعمانية الموجودة متعاونة معها وماكانت بشوشة ابدا ولا تعرف لشغلها باقي النجوم اعطيتها لاصحاب مطعم الدلفين و دربات الرائعين رغم وجود شعره باكللهم في. يوم ما معجونة مع عجين الخبز بس الاخلاق تغفرلهم

روتانا صلالة اعطوني غرفة مختلفة عما حجزت وساهموا في إتعاس زوجتي في عيد ميلادها، وبوكينج.كوم لم يحلوا مشكلتي رغم اتصالي بالرقم الدولي لحل مشكلتي. ١. تم تغيير غرفتي في الليلة الأولى حيث انهم اعطوني غرفة بإطلالة على الجيران بدلا عن غرفة مطلة على البحر، علما بأنني دفعت أكثر لكي احجز غرفة بإطلالة على البحر. ٢. المدير المناوب السيد عبد الرحمن لم يكن صادقا معي حيث انه اعتذر عما يحصل على الهاتف ووعدني بحل المشكلة في اليوم التالي الساعة العاشرة ولكنه اختفى ولم اره او اسمعه بعدها. ٣. لا يوجد مدير مسؤول يمكنك التكلم معه، والمدير العام ومن ينوب عنه لا يداومون أو أنهم مختبؤون في المكاتب رغم طلبي لمقابلة احدهم. ٤. السيد ابراهيم حل مشكلة اليوم الثاني الساعة الواحدة تقريبا بعد أن طلبت مغادرة المكان وأعطاني غرفة مطلة على البحر. ٥. مشاكل تقنية بسيطة، كأن لا يفتح المفتاح الباب، وأن يتأخر موظفوا مساعدة اخذ الحقائب لحوالي ساعة علما بأنني اتصلت بالاستقبال واخبرتهم موعد رحيلي. ٦. موظف الاستقبال لم يسألني عن تجربتي في المكان ولا إن كنت واجهت اي مشكلة. الوصول والمغادرة كانت أسوء مراحل اقامتي، الاحتيال وعدم المصداقية كانت اهم مشاكلي مع روتانا صلالة، الإهمال واللامبالاة كانت أكبر مشاكلي مع ***********

I booked the Junior Suite and absolutely loved the room! The hotel is located right on Dahariz Beach and being able to watch the sunrises and sunsets on the Arabian Gulf on a quiet beach amplifies the enjoyment of the hotel (watching the full moon rise over the Arabian Gulf, feeling safe while walking the beach at night and being able to watch the sun rise and moon set is evocatively beautiful and forever has etched Salalah in my travel memories). The section of Salalah the hotel is located in is relatively quiet (the locals tend to come out after the heat of the day has abated and are wonderfully polite) The staff of Dolphin restaurant is so kind and the prices for food (which can be pricey in hotels) is beyond reasonable and delicious. The hotel staff with their legendary Omani hospitality makes Beach Resort Salalah a hotel with heart and a paradise on earth!
