Wow Bison Woods Resort Yercaud

We stayed for 2 nights, and we all had an awesome experience. Everyone from the admin staff to the kitchen staff all were kind and lovely. The food was sumptuous and spoilt for choice! Kudos to the chef Mr.Balamurugan. The Gardner thatha [Mr.Muniyandi] was a big hit with our kids. The housekeeping staff [I could get only the name of Mr. Santhosh] were ever smiling. On the 2nd day when they cleaned our tent, we were quite surprised to see the towel art as they made a teddy out of it, holding our kids' monkey toy. The other kitchen staff Mr.Prabhakaran was also a hit with our kids. He was ever smiling and patiently explained the food items available for us. The surroundings were quite serene and green that you won't feel like moving out of the resort. We were told that most of the vegetables used for cooking comes form their own garden. The sit out area attached to each of the tent is super, with the hammock and Dhaba-style cot where you can just doze off for ages. Few suggestions that can be looked at: 1) Good to have a Tip Box [I have conveyed this to the manager, Mr. Vivek who patiently listened to me] 2) In the tents, it would be good to have a screen put on the glass segment separating the bathroom and wash area 3) MAP plan could be little-bit subsidized Overall, it was an awesome experience that we cannot forget. Would definitely want to come back for another stay. One of the best places to stay in Yercaud! Keep up the good work!

Wow bungalow rooms clean and neat, staffs are good dhanapal, unnamalai, sraffs helpfull , palani also helpfull Service good, campfire also nice, check in and check out time good, rectiption staff lokesh also explain facilites also nice good resort

Excellent location must stay, Rooms r in hygienic condition. Food was delicious and good hospitality. Organic garden r well maintained and good atmosphere. Morning trekking to the beautiful view point is awesome and very good experience ☺️

Best Place For A Day Outing For A Lazy Stay In The Nature. Great Environment. We Have Booked Heritage Room Which Was Really Amazing. Very Nearly Maintained Swimming Pool, Green Woods With Different Varities Of Tress. Play Area. Spa (Not Tried). Very Delicious Dinner Served At The Hotel. Breakfast Too Is Too Nice.

Went to The Retreat for Trekking with tourist guide Mr. Dheenadayakan and had a great time for around 1.30 hours. Excellent view points..can take lot of photos and create memories...It's really worth the experience. Adventurous and memorable. I recommend it!!

It was an excellent stay at wow bison resort yercaud, the heritage room was so cozy and amenities were well equipped, they serve only veg food only, but you can order from a nearby restaurant which delivers non veg dishes in reception from where we can collect and have inside our room.

Overall good experience. Food, stay all are good. We stay for two nights three days. Complementary treaking is good. One small complaint is in my room bathroom tap wall mixer hot to cold not worked properly we made complaint but not rectified. But other than that overall good stay, good experience and for food rate is lit bit in higher rate. Complementary breakfast is good

Nice place to stay with family. Food was too good and they have good staff members specially Mr. Prabakaran who is very polite and served us food throughout our stay. Dinner menu is too good and they serve the items very hot and tasty. Totally nice place to enjoy with our family.
