It was a group visit of families and friends. Excellent customer service. Wonderful ambience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Whenever we asked for something, they provided it with immediate effect. They arranged campfire. Special birthday cake cutting ceremony was also held for one of a kid in our group. No words to say about the enjoyments. Pool was also good. Indoor games , food, lawn, each and everything was awesome.

The place and resort is super, We had come for school trip. Staff were really helpful full, they go ways to make you happy.. This is my second time but always feels like first time... very good place to stay i recommend this place for every one..

Very pleasant stay. Amazing hospitality and service. Staff especially was very welcoming. Rooms were clean, food was very good and hygienic. All amenities were very well maintained. Very close to yercaud lake and other tourist spots. Highly recommend for families with kids and even elderly. Good job TGI star.

It is highly recommended for a peaceful blissful vacation. With all amanities including spa swimming pool. Had dinnner and breakfast which was delicious. Hope everyone will have a great stay here. It’s family friendly and suitable for short and long vacation. Staffs are so friendly and comfortable. Ambience is so so neat and cool

We were due to fly out of Manchester with Tui at 14.50. At around 14.00 I received an email from Tui informing us that our flight was now delayed until 17.20. No explanation has been given. However, the departure screens around the airport continued to show the expected departure time of 14.50 and by 14.15 were showing “Go to Gate”. Confused, we decided we better do just that. Once at the gate we discovered that most people there had not received the message and were even more confused than us. The departure screens continued to show the departure time of 14.50 ….and are still doing so at 15.40! Not a single Tui employee has appeared. Does anybody at Tui know (or even care) what is going on? This Tui shambles shows a disgraceful contempt for its customers, not to mention a worrying lack of competence on the part of its management.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful Manager Ms Riya and staff ever , lovely and great first impression of resort. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Rooms didn't feel clean. Towels were old. Food was average. The housekeeping staff were hardworking but they were not trained well. Given the high room charges, the experience was not good. The location and outside ambience within the compound was nice. The indoor game room needs improvement.
