Hotel dengan WiFi di Salinas

Good place was surprisingly nice

住了5天感覺還不錯，有停車場，有Wi-Fi，有空調，房間裝修比較老式，但是設備用着正常，沒有看起來舊舊的感覺。打掃的也挺乾淨。床單換的很勤。 早上有早餐，我定的是含早的，但是也沒人查，吃幾次也沒人管。就是每天都是那一點東西，第三天就膩了。24h冷飲、咖啡、冷熱水可以喝。不用花錢買水。 對麪就是麥當勞，不過沒啥人去，感覺大家還是去隔壁的in-n-out，確實好吃。推薦！ 晚上8-9點在外麪也挺安全，沒啥亂七八糟的人。 圖文無關

First night, ants in the bed. Next morning switched to another room & got upgraded to room w/mini fridge. Left luggage & left for the day. Returned around 11pm and room reeked of cigarettes & mini fridge didn't work so everything lost. Moved to another standard room & toilet didn't flush. Complained next morning & assured it would be taken care of. Returned at 10pm & NEVER addressed & went to office they gave us a plunger & said talk to management in the morning. Saturday night last night thank God and DO NOT STAY in this hotel.

I stayed one night while in the area on business. The hotel is in a safe area. The front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. My first room smelled like there was rotting food left in a trash can somewhere. So, I was offered a different room. This room was much better. There was either missing bar soap or this hotel no longer offers it. The television kept freezing on nearly all channels. The font desk said they thought it was a satellite issue from a wind storm several days ago. So, it was ok, but I won’t stay there again.

I had an automobile accident that resulted in having to shorten my planned stay. Best Western Plus Salinas Valley Inn & Suites modified their cancellation requirements to accommodate my difficult situation. This helped minimize the stress I was experiencing. Thank You!

I made a reservation to stay at the Quality Inn in Salinas, CA; located at 144 Kern St | Salinas, CA, 93905, US. Our arrival to the hotels started off horrible. My family and I could not check in due to no one manning the front desk, the hotel lobby was closed. We waited 40 minutes for someone to come out and open the front lobby, where there are signs stating 24 hours services. I would also like to add we were not the only family waiting to be checkin in. Our arrival time was 1:30am. When the receptionist did come out she stated if her boyfriend wasn't parked out front in his car, and saw us in front of the lobby she wouldn't have come out. it was cleary visible she was woken from her sleep. I did call on Wednesday to let the front desk know I would be checking in late. It was the most awful feeling to wait out front of a lobby not knowing how to check in. I had called the front desk using the number listed on the window with no answer. I had never experienced this before. My family was not at ease once in the room. there were : hug stains on the floor the only chair in the room also was stained I found chewed blue gum on the floor. there were a trail of black ants on the only counter the beds looked like they had been laid in The door leading outside wasn't secure the tub would not drain. there was also brown stains on the walls to the restroom the mini fridge was corroded and didn't not close well the tv did not work My daughter had vomited a little and I had cleaned her face with a hand towel. That dirt towel was placed on the floor of the bathroom area to be picked up and the hotel cleaning staff hung the dirty vomited towel back up! My family and I ended up checking out 1 day early due to the disgusting circumstances. When I was checking out the lady at the front desk was the rudest hostess i have ever encountered. i told her why i was checking out however she didn't care for the news and did not apologize for the inconvenience. She had the poorest customer service. I also asked for the supervisor's name and she would not give it to me.

The hotel noise insulation is not up to par, unfortunately seems like the neighbours like to run around upstairs or walks loudly. Otherwise perfect location with starbucks next door. Some weird policy guidelines that you need to sign on to check in.

The place from outside looks well manicured, when I went into lobby to check in, reception area was clean and the check in process went very smooth. The room had an overwhelmed smell of floor cleaner, yet the room was very dirty all over. The bathroom towels had yellow stains, the hand towel looked like were been used with wrinkles and black spots on them and the face towel were grayish white. Yes, I did shower respite that, ( I travel with my own towels.) after I showered walked around the room barefoot and my feet got filthy black the floor were very dirty. The door was filthy too. . I did not read the reviews until today. As for the community service worker activity that other people have mentioned in their review 100% true. Is a very busy hotel from that aspect. You might want really consider staying at a Hayward Johnson by Wyndham. This was my first time staying at one of their hotels and most definitely i will think about it twice before I book with them.

This place was clean and comfortable, and they serve a little cottontail breakfast in the morning nothing major, but it was decent great hotel book on the fly
