Room is spacious, location is great however the breakfast is pretty miserable. Bring a 5 star hotel, the breakfast is disappointing!😞 breakfast is served from 6.30am-10.30am, we arrived for breakfast at 9am but most food are almost finished and not replenished. At the egg station the condiments such as onions, tomatoes etc for scramble eggs were empty, told the chef nothing left for the eggs, he replied : orh, means no more already😱😱 its 1.5hrs from closing for breakfast and most food items not replenished anymore is not acceptable. Usually I don’t write bad reviews but this is certainly a very bad experience

Nice comfortable apartment with quality furniture and fittings, clean and well maintained..The door men/concierge staff were very helpful and friendly when we arrived & leaving. The food/beverage supervisor was very supportive and helpful, We decided to try the executive lounge afternoon tea and happy hours, The lounge environment is very elegant & customer service Miss Hu was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the hospitality, food and drinks. There are 2 malls close to this apartment hotel which is attached to Sofitel.

一次非常滿意的酒店入住經歷，誠摯推薦！這次入住體驗非常不錯，工作人員熱情笑容迎接，酒店大廳簡約大氣，房間環境整潔衞生乾淨一塵不染，物品擺放的井井有條，房間內設施齊全，有空調，有製氧機提供，有加濕器，有健身房，還有洗衣房洗衣服烘乾方便，設施一應俱全，酒店位置極佳，下了高速就能看法，停車長很大，停車方便，酒店早餐種類很多，味道豐富，整體來説都非常好，非常推薦！！！

這次出來旅遊，選擇住在景區裏面的這家酒店，真的是最正確的決定。剛到的時候，前台工作人員態度特別熱情，辦理入住速度很快，還耐心給我們介紹了景區的遊玩路線、注意事項和吃飯的地方，特別貼心。一進房間就覺得很驚喜，空間寬敞，整體乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，衞生間沒有異味，洗漱用品也都齊全，細節做得很到位。 因為酒店就在景區裏面，出行特別方便，出門走幾步就是景點，不用來回趕車，也不用早起排隊，省下了很多時間和精力。白天玩累了，隨時可以回房間休息，傍晚還能在景區裏慢慢散步，環境安靜，空氣清新，景色也特別好，整個人都放鬆下來了。 酒店的服務也很到位，有什麼問題聯繫工作人員都能及時回覆和解決，態度一直很温和有禮貌。整體住下來體驗感特別好，無論是位置、環境、衞生還是服務，都讓人非常滿意。這次旅行因為這家酒店變得更加舒心愉快，下次再來景區玩，肯定還會選擇這裏，也真心推薦給要來這邊旅遊的朋友們，住在這裏真的太方便、太舒服了！

We had a fantastic stay with my family at this hotel. We got 2 rooms and at check in time, they upgraded us for free to better rooms with views of Qinghai lake from our balcony! The hotel and rooms were spacious, spotless and in excellent condition. The hotel is quite new (opened in 2023). About 3-4 mins drive from the main Qinghai lake scenic spot so fantastic location. The hotel is surrounded by mountains which have a lot of sheep , Yak, goats etc grazing on them. So you get both the mountain feeling as well as the lake feeling and it really helps soothe the soul and make one feel relaxed. The service of the hotel staff was always excellent, warm and attentive. The food was delicious and halal!!! We were so happy about this as we could enjoy delicious Qinghai cuisine worry free :-). Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel on our future trip to Qinghai lake.
