不愛寫評價，但這家真的得誇
之前遊過青甘，總感覺西北酒店的服務不如南方，但這家打破了我的刻板印象
大堂的阿叔無論在你辦入住，還是在大堂休息，都會馬上端來飲品讓你喝
前台工作人員禮貌親和，每次遇到都會主動問候
客房清理人員每天都會把屋子打掃的很乾凈，需要補充什麼也都很快響應，滿足了我那嘴饞（超級愛它家牛奶和酸奶）的媽
訂城際主要因為西式早餐非常豐盛，是華住會旗下之最了，看到APP上寫假期提供簡餐心涼了半截。結果一到餐廳，你管這叫簡餐麼。。。跟平時無太大差別，重點表揚一位應該屬於餐廳負責人，第一天吃飯遇到的，戴眼鏡，個子不高，一直微笑問候每位來吃飯的客人，耐心細緻的回答每個客人的問題
總的來説，這家酒店非常值得，店長管理應該也非常不錯
此外有兩個小問題：1.貴店有入住多日享房型升級政策，辦理入住將近尾聲，直到我主動提及，前台才有所響應。知道假期房間好賣，但既然有政策還是希望能夠給到客户，不要等客户主動詢問2.minibar中沒有放置啤酒，跟工作人員要了馬上給了兩瓶。雖然很多人不喝，但是城際其它店都是有的，屬於標準配置。直白來説我可以不喝，你不能沒有

We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

Very clean!!! My family love this hotel. It’s very quiet and the location is superb! it’s about 10 mins walk to Wanda Plaza and 40 mins away from the airport. Also, it’s near the I’m Fine cafe (one of most recommended cafe) and it’s easy to get a Didi too!! Definitely will come back here. The breakfast selection is very goooood as well! Thank you for everything !

西北之行最滿意的一家酒店，必須實名好評！
全程住過最舒服的一家，服務熱情貼心，讓人感覺特別温暖。房間寬敞整潔、空間很大，隔音效果超棒，休息得很安心。
因為高原反應有點不舒服，酒店貼心提供了供氧服務，房間還配有加濕器，細節直接拉滿，極大緩解了旅途不適。
早餐也很驚艷，雞湯米線鮮香味美，烤腸也超好吃，味道很贊。看我們趕行程還打包早點和水果，方便又暖心。
整體體驗無可挑剔，性價比超高，下次來一定還選這家！

GGuest UserWe stayed at Sofitel Xining for a total of four nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern and spacious, and the facilities (pool, gym, executive lounge) are world-class — but what truly made the difference was the incredible hospitality.
A very special thank you to Lucy and Mia at the front desk. Their warm welcome, kindness, and proactive support made us feel genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay — from arranging transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their professionalism combined with their friendliness made every interaction a pleasure.
We also want to thank Jenny, the Staff Manager, for her attention to detail and personal care. She checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect, and we felt truly valued as guests.
It’s rare to experience this level of service — we felt more like friends than hotel guests.
Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Xining.

11868308****My friend recommended this place, and it truly was excellent. The room was very clean and quiet, and the location was superb. I brought my child, and there was easily enough space for a family of four. They even provided fresh fruit daily, and the mini-fridge had absolutely no odor, which I particularly appreciated. The service was great, and the cleaning staff were very enthusiastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xining.

I have traveled to Qinggan before, and I always feel that the service of the Northwest Hotel is not as good as the South, but this one broke my stereotype.
Uncle in the lobby will bring you drinks immediately whether you check in or rest in the lobby
The front desk staff is polite and friendly, and will take the initiative to greet each time they meet.
The housekeeper cleans the house every day and responds quickly to everything that needs to be replenished, satisfying my mother who loves its milk and yogurt
The intercity booking is mainly because the Western breakfast is very rich, it is the most owned by the Huazhu Club. I saw the APP write that the holiday provides a light meal. As a result, when you arrive at the restaurant, do you call this a light meal? . . There is no big difference from usual. The focus is on praising a person who should belong to the person in charge of the restaurant. On the first day of eating, he wore glasses and was not tall. He always smiled and greeted every guest who came to eat, patiently and meticulously answering every guest's questions.
Overall, this hotel is very worthwhile, the manager management should be very good too

GGuest UserTraveling to live in this place is worth it! Great location, close to the core attractions, convenient walking/taxi, surrounded by food, shopping and eating. The room has plenty of lighting, reasonable layout, meticulous hygiene, comfortable bedding, and you can relax after a day of play. The staff is friendly, actively recommending local play guides, responding to needs in a timely manner, the price is full, has been recommended to friends in the same group, next time you come to live here ～

GGuest UserThe hotel is in Dachaidan Town, ten minutes drive from Emerald Lake. The conditions in the town are very good. The room has oxygen supply facilities. If there is a high reaction, you can suck two mouths. The front desk lady is very warm and caring. The service is thoughtful. In the morning, I also asked where we went to pack some food for us. I was afraid of being hungry on the road.

Ee04402008The hotel's carpets, room designs, and decor were all nice, showing that money was spent on these aspects, but the actual usability was poor. The double room faced the opposite room's window, resulting in poor lighting. The twin room had a mountain view and a good view. The facilities were rather strange: the hot and cold water taps were installed backwards, which took my family quite a while to figure out; there was no power outlet near the bathroom mirror, and the hairdryer had to be plugged in behind the door, quite far away; the towels were placed near the entrance, which was unclear. There was nowhere to put shower clothes and towels, making it a rather unusable hotel, but barely passable. Breakfast was unnecessary at the hotel; it wasn't very appealing, and ending at 9 am was a bit early. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and toilets needed improvement; at least hair should be removed.
The service was relatively good: when we informed the front desk that there was no water, they immediately provided it; the hotel also gave us a small gift, the yogurt which the children loved. Parking was free, but it was on the basement level, requiring a flight of stairs to reach the lobby.

打開房門，寬敞明亮的空間令人欣喜。最愛那扇落地窗，城市景觀盡收眼底，早晨在陽光中醒來，夜晚看燈火漸次點亮。床品品質極佳，柔軟親膚，對我這種有失眠困擾的人來説，一夜無夢到天亮是最高褒獎。浴室的乾濕分離設計、恰到好處的水壓、高品質的洗浴用品，甚至智能馬桶的温控功能，每處細節都彰顯着對客人體驗的重視。迷你吧飲品豐富，配備的膠囊咖啡機更是點睛之筆。
服務：有温度的專業主義
酒店服務真正做到了“潤物細無聲”。第二天我隨口詢問附近一家老字號，前台不僅詳細告知路線，更貼心手繪了地圖。客房清掃員在整理時，注意到我隨意擺放的書籍，細心用書簽標記好位置。這種主動觀察並滿足潛在需求的能力，遠超標準流程，令人感動。
餐飲與設施：舌尖與身心的享受
早餐品種豐盛，從本地特色小吃到西點沙拉，用料新鮮，味道正宗。健身房器材專業，泳池水質清澈，即便行程匆忙，也忍不住抽空去舒展了身心。
