中午辦的入住，下午躺在床上看電視總感覺有東西在爬，回身一看在拖鞋那裡有一衹小強，我也不是特別挑的人就沒在意，後面出去吃東西了。晚上回房間打開燈滿地的蟑螂，大大小小的，就好像我突然闖入他們的領地一樣，跟前台説了給我換隔壁房間。不過這個酒店2樓有電競房，整個走廊裏煙味非常大，一人抽煙整個樓層的人都跟着吸二手煙，房間里根本排不出去煙味。永遠不來。

We stayed at Sofitel Xining for a total of four nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern and spacious, and the facilities (pool, gym, executive lounge) are world-class — but what truly made the difference was the incredible hospitality.
A very special thank you to Lucy and Mia at the front desk. Their warm welcome, kindness, and proactive support made us feel genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay — from arranging transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their professionalism combined with their friendliness made every interaction a pleasure.
We also want to thank Jenny, the Staff Manager, for her attention to detail and personal care. She checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect, and we felt truly valued as guests.
It’s rare to experience this level of service — we felt more like friends than hotel guests.
Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Xining.

Very clean!!! My family love this hotel. It’s very quiet and the location is superb! it’s about 10 mins walk to Wanda Plaza and 40 mins away from the airport. Also, it’s near the I’m Fine cafe (one of most recommended cafe) and it’s easy to get a Didi too!! Definitely will come back here. The breakfast selection is very goooood as well! Thank you for everything !

房間衞生做得特別到位，乾淨整潔無異味，住着特別安心。窗外風景優美，視野開闊，心情都跟着舒暢。最驚喜的是酒店配備了製氧機，對高反很友好，呼吸順暢舒服；枕頭也很有特色，軟硬適中，支撐力超好，一夜睡到天亮。酒店設施完善，齊全，頂樓花園可以看雪景，環境優美，早餐種類豐富、味道可口，吃得很滿足。酒店服務特別貼心，環境舒適，回家一定推薦給我的親朋好友來這家酒店，超級滿意！

這個酒店的服務絕對沒話説，我到的那天剛好下雨了，對於我這個外地人來説，確實是很冷的，我到前台的時候前台小姐姐主動給我遞了一杯熱奶茶，確實是暖到我了，奶茶甜到心裏了，辦理入住也特別快，由於我拿了兩個行李箱，前台小姐姐幫我抬到了房間裏，還貼心的給我拿了馬桶墊，在一個陌生的城市選對酒店真的很重要，房間空間比我想象的大，裏面設施更是沒話説，衞生打掃的很乾凈，一次性用品備的很足，特別好的一家酒店，抬行李的時候不小心衣服破了個口，找保潔阿姨縫了一下，阿姨的針線活是真的好，既暖心又貼心，已經推薦給身邊的朋友了，下次來還會選擇這家酒店

This is a great hotel to be in when you're visiting the Chaka Salt Lake as it's just part of the Lake. The room is kind of small but all amenities are provided. The toilet is a little awkward but on good working condition.
The entrance fee for the tourist site 天空壹号 are given free of charge.
The reception is warm and friendly.

CCaiyuanxiaobingcindyStayed at Xining's No. 1 hotel, and was immediately drawn to the Thangka art on the first floor. It's also the hotel for China Eastern Airlines crews. The suite had everything you could ask for, even thoughtful touches like toilet seat covers and complimentary watermelon juice. There was also a welcome fruit platter, which helps with altitude sickness. The room was spacious, and the surrounding area was lively. Highly recommend...

GGuest UserMy friend recommended this place, and it truly was excellent. The room was very clean and quiet, and the location was superb. I brought my child, and there was easily enough space for a family of four. They even provided fresh fruit daily, and the mini-fridge had absolutely no odor, which I particularly appreciated. The service was great, and the cleaning staff were very enthusiastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xining.

GGuest UserThis trip to Xining, the most surprising harvest is to stay at the Intercity Hotel in Haihu New District. The whole experience is full, far exceeding expectations. It is definitely the first choice for living in Xining!
The hotel is in a great location, located in the core business district of Haihu New District, adjacent to Wangfujing Elephant City, a few minutes walk to Tangdao 637, Wanda Plaza, shopping and food one-stop. It is about 15 minutes from the train station and 30 minutes from the airport. It is also very convenient to drive to Qinghai Lake and Ta'er Temple. It is super worry-free.
Step into the lobby, the simple and atmospheric decoration makes people shine, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient, and the warm wolfberry red date tea will be actively handed over to disperse the plateau cold. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the details are full of care: intelligent voice control, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, 24-hour floor heating, warm and comfortable, soft and skin-friendly bedding, with high-quality bathroom facilities, sleep particularly peacefully. Daily cleaning and meticulous, the supply response is rapid, and the local specialty snacks and handwritten cards are prepared intimately, warm and healing.
Breakfast is full of highlights, rich in categories, Chinese and Western styles, both freshly cooked beef noodles, yak beef buns and other plateau characteristics, as well as Western-style meals such as bread, fried eggs, handmade yogurt tastes great, every mouthful is satisfied.
In addition, the 24-hour gym, free laundry room and other complete facilities, the service is meticulous, from luggage pick-up, travel guide recommendation to intimate small demand response, people feel intimate.
Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, Xining Intercity Hotel has a great location, smart facilities, warm heart service and rich meals, bringing a more-than-expected plateau living experience, full cost performance, highly recommended!

YYemolujiaThe main advantage is its location, within the Sky One scenic area. On clear nights, the stars are clearly visible outside the hotel. However, like many other stargazing rooms, the rooms are cramped and small, and quite cold at night. Whether you can see the stars from inside depends on your eyesight. The young man who brought water was very helpful; kudos to him. Also, they include entrance tickets to the scenic area, which is a plus.

Ee04402008The hotel's carpets, room designs, and decor were all nice, showing that money was spent on these aspects, but the actual usability was poor. The double room faced the opposite room's window, resulting in poor lighting. The twin room had a mountain view and a good view. The facilities were rather strange: the hot and cold water taps were installed backwards, which took my family quite a while to figure out; there was no power outlet near the bathroom mirror, and the hairdryer had to be plugged in behind the door, quite far away; the towels were placed near the entrance, which was unclear. There was nowhere to put shower clothes and towels, making it a rather unusable hotel, but barely passable. Breakfast was unnecessary at the hotel; it wasn't very appealing, and ending at 9 am was a bit early. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and toilets needed improvement; at least hair should be removed.
The service was relatively good: when we informed the front desk that there was no water, they immediately provided it; the hotel also gave us a small gift, the yogurt which the children loved. Parking was free, but it was on the basement level, requiring a flight of stairs to reach the lobby.

GGuest UserThe service of this hotel is absolutely nothing to say. It happened to rain on the day I arrived. It was really cold for me, a foreigner. When I arrived at the front desk, the front desk lady took the initiative to hand me a cup of hot milk tea. It was indeed warm to me. The milk tea was sweet to my heart. Check-in was also very fast. Since I took two suitcases, the front desk lady helped me carry them to the room, and also gave me a toilet pad. It is really important to choose a hotel in a strange city. The room space is bigger than I thought, and the facilities inside are nothing to say. The sanitation is very clean, the disposable supplies are very sufficient, a particularly good hotel, when carrying the luggage, the clothes accidentally broke a mouth, looking for the cleaning aunt to sew, the aunt's needlework is really good, warm and intimate, has been recommended to friends around, I will choose this hotel next time.

The room is clean and odorless, the whole house is smart + floor heating is super comfortable, the zero-pressure mattress sleeps soundly, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the hot water is sufficient. The front desk is warm and efficient, the cleaning is meticulous, the price is full for business trips, and I will choose this next time I come to Xining!
