這次西寧之行，最驚喜的收穫便是入住海湖新區的城際酒店，全程體驗滿分，遠超預期，絕對是來西寧旅居的首選！ 酒店地理位置絕佳，地處海湖新區核心商圈，毗鄰王府井大象城，步行幾分鐘可達唐道637、萬達廣場，購物、美食一站式搞定。距火車站約15分鐘、機場30分鐘車程，自駕去青海湖、塔爾寺也十分便捷，出行超省心。 踏入大堂，簡約大氣的裝修讓人眼前一亮，前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住高效，還會主動遞上温熱的枸杞紅棗茶，驅散高原寒意。 客房乾淨整潔，細節盡顯用心：智能語音控制、全景落地窗視野開闊，24小時地暖温暖舒適，床品柔軟親膚，搭配高品質衞浴設施，睡得格外安穩。每日清潔細緻，補給響應迅速，還貼心準備了本地特色小食與手寫卡片，暖心又治癒。 早餐更是亮點十足，品類豐盛，中西式兼顧，既有現煮牛肉麪、氂牛肉包子等高原特色，也有麪包、煎蛋等西式餐點，手工酸奶口感絕佳，每一口都是滿足。 此外，24小時健身房、免費洗衣房等配套齊全，服務細緻入微，從行李接送、旅遊攻略推薦到貼心小需求響應，都讓人倍感貼心。 無論是商旅出行還是休閑度假，西寧城際酒店都以絕佳位置、智能設施、暖心服務與豐盛餐食，帶來超預期的高原旅居體驗，性價比拉滿，強烈推薦！

We stayed at Sofitel Xining for a total of four nights, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern and spacious, and the facilities (pool, gym, executive lounge) are world-class — but what truly made the difference was the incredible hospitality. A very special thank you to Lucy and Mia at the front desk. Their warm welcome, kindness, and proactive support made us feel genuinely cared for. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay — from arranging transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their professionalism combined with their friendliness made every interaction a pleasure. We also want to thank Jenny, the Staff Manager, for her attention to detail and personal care. She checked on us several times to make sure everything was perfect, and we felt truly valued as guests. It’s rare to experience this level of service — we felt more like friends than hotel guests. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Xining.

Very clean!!! My family love this hotel. It’s very quiet and the location is superb! it’s about 10 mins walk to Wanda Plaza and 40 mins away from the airport. Also, it’s near the I’m Fine cafe (one of most recommended cafe) and it’s easy to get a Didi too!! Definitely will come back here. The breakfast selection is very goooood as well! Thank you for everything !

這家酒店入住體驗真的超出我的預期，必須五星好評！ 房間衞生做得特別到位，乾淨整潔無異味，住着特別安心。窗外風景優美，視野開闊，心情都跟着舒暢。最驚喜的是酒店配備了製氧機，對高反很友好，呼吸順暢舒服；枕頭也很有特色，軟硬適中，支撐力超好，一夜睡到天亮。酒店設施完善，齊全，頂樓花園可以看雪景，環境優美，早餐種類豐富、味道可口，吃得很滿足。酒店服務特別貼心，環境舒適，回家一定推薦給我的親朋好友來這家酒店，超級滿意！

酒店地理位置優越，位於市中心區域，周邊餐飲和購物設施齊全，出行方便。不論是步行還是打車都能輕鬆到達附近景點和商圈，尤其適合自駕遊的旅客。酒店距離翡翠湖和艾肯泉較近，方便遊客進行觀光遊覽。

This is a great hotel to be in when you're visiting the Chaka Salt Lake as it's just part of the Lake. The room is kind of small but all amenities are provided. The toilet is a little awkward but on good working condition. The entrance fee for the tourist site 天空壹号 are given free of charge. The reception is warm and friendly.

酒店就在馬路邊很好找，門口有免費停車場，旁邊有很多飯店可以選擇，房間乾淨整潔，有地暖，有熱水，早飯品種豐富，性價比較高！
