不愛寫評價，但這家真的得誇
之前遊過青甘，總感覺西北酒店的服務不如南方，但這家打破了我的刻板印象
大堂的阿叔無論在你辦入住，還是在大堂休息，都會馬上端來飲品讓你喝
前台工作人員禮貌親和，每次遇到都會主動問候
客房清理人員每天都會把屋子打掃的很乾凈，需要補充什麼也都很快響應，滿足了我那嘴饞（超級愛它家牛奶和酸奶）的媽
訂城際主要因為西式早餐非常豐盛，是華住會旗下之最了，看到APP上寫假期提供簡餐心涼了半截。結果一到餐廳，你管這叫簡餐麼。。。跟平時無太大差別，重點表揚一位應該屬於餐廳負責人，第一天吃飯遇到的，戴眼鏡，個子不高，一直微笑問候每位來吃飯的客人，耐心細緻的回答每個客人的問題
總的來説，這家酒店非常值得，店長管理應該也非常不錯
此外有兩個小問題：1.貴店有入住多日享房型升級政策，辦理入住將近尾聲，直到我主動提及，前台才有所響應。知道假期房間好賣，但既然有政策還是希望能夠給到客户，不要等客户主動詢問2.minibar中沒有放置啤酒，跟工作人員要了馬上給了兩瓶。雖然很多人不喝，但是城際其它店都是有的，屬於標準配置。直白來説我可以不喝，你不能沒有

We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

Very clean!!! My family love this hotel. It’s very quiet and the location is superb! it’s about 10 mins walk to Wanda Plaza and 40 mins away from the airport. Also, it’s near the I’m Fine cafe (one of most recommended cafe) and it’s easy to get a Didi too!! Definitely will come back here. The breakfast selection is very goooood as well! Thank you for everything !

① 從老闆到店長再到前台服務人員及保潔等工作人員，個個熱情友好，令人有賓至如歸的感覺！
酒店生意好，住客眾多車多，酒店老闆親自幫忙停車，店長熱情細緻 看我帶了個毛孩子，還免費升級並贈送了絕好喝的酸奶，前台辦理入住迅速專業
② 步入大堂明亮寬敞一塵不染，裝修簡約時尚大氣，休息區備有茶點供住客享用，貼心周到，好評！
③ 推開房間門，房間乾淨寬敞明亮大氣，乾濕分離，貼心準備了一次性洗浴用品及一次性馬桶套，全屋智能點贊！洗浴熱水壓大，瞬間出水太舒服了！直飲機進一步提升了酒店品質!完美

Loved this place so much! True it is a bit far from the city center, around 4 hour drive but you can stop to the famous chaerhan salt lake on the way.
I was torn between the many options they had. Decided finally on the white chalets overlooking the Yadan park😍 absolutely worth it! Best decision..
The slide and swimming pool were closed. Maybe because of the cold season. No idea
Dear guests if you are considering this stay keep in mind that there isn’t any didi to take you back nor will the hotel arrange one for you. So make sure you arrange your transportation right.
The hotel offers shuttle car to move around the hotel but they reply a bit late.. keep that in mind too.
And i wished they had their wechat contact on here because it was hard to reach the hotel via email before arriving. Got no response..

哇塞，這家酒店簡直是我的夢中情店！一進房間我就想“賴”着不走了，這床軟得像棉花糖一樣，我在上面滾了好幾圈都不想起來。服務小哥更是像“哆啦A夢”一樣，啥都能變出來，要啥有啥。而且酒店的位置簡直是“黃金地段”，出門就能吃遍各種美食，我這趟旅行的胃都被它“喂胖”了。強烈推薦！

YYuzhu1212A very special hotel. There is a five-pointed star in the Yadan. The view of the Yadan is outside our starry sky dome. The room is very clean. All the service staff of the hotel are actually very attentive. A fruit bowl was given upon check-in. There is air conditioning and heating in the room, as well as a humidifier. But after all, it is in a place where the air humidity is only a few percent, and it still feels very dry. We also washed clothes separately to increase the air humidity. The hotel has its own restaurant, and our breakfast is included in it. After checking in, we ordered dishes in the restaurant. It is not cheap, a lamb chop, a salad, and a vegetable, more than 300 yuan. But after all, the shipping cost of artificial ingredients in the desert is higher, so this price is still within the acceptable range. (The most expensive specialty seems to be 190+). In short, it is a very unique experience.

AAnonymous UserThe Sofitel Residences, despite being ten years old, are still well-maintained. Having a washing machine, fridge, and induction hob makes it convenient to cook a little something. However, the hairdryer and toothbrushes could use an upgrade. The customer service staff are very well-trained. Xiao Quan at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful; hearing we wanted to stir-fry vegetables, she specifically helped us buy a wok! The hotel's location is excellent. The breakfast at the Western restaurant looks a bit dated, but the selection is quite rich. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Recommended!

There is no place to put bath clothes and towels. It is a hotel with difficult facilities. It can barely be used. Breakfast can not be eaten at the hotel, there is no food, breakfast ends at 9 o'clock, and it is a bit early. The bathroom hygiene needs to be improved, and the hair has to be cleaned up at least.
