I’m really impressed with the level of service and attentiveness of the staff from our arrival to departure. They helped with luggage with the transfer from main gate to the reception and back when we checked out. They also helped with luggage from reception to the room. Concierge was really quick in responding. Don’t miss out on the accommodation villages and the scenery outside of the main tourist *****. We find it really nice to be able to explore after the rest of the tourists leaves at night and before the tourists arrives the next morning. Breakfast is buffet style with some western and Chinese food. It’s quite decent. Overall we are really happy with our stay and would recommend staying in the scenic area.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!

My recent stay at Shangri-La Nanchang was truly delightful. From the moment I arrived, the friendly concierge welcomed me warmly and provided me with a lovely room featuring a stunning river view. The sumptuous dinner that followed was a highlight of my visit. When I inquired about a room upgrade, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price offered. This marks my sixth stay at this hotel, and once again, it proved to be worth every penny. I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a blend of comfort and enjoyment!

We had a wonderful two-night stay in Wangxian Valley and booked a room inside the scenic area. The location of our room was excellent, very close to the main attractions and food stalls, which made it extremely convenient to explore the area. We truly enjoyed our stay at Xiansu. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices, making each morning very enjoyable. A special thanks to Xiao Chen (望仙谷管家小晨), who provided exceptional service. She was very kind and helpful in assisting us with our luggage and arranging our transfer during checkout. Her hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend staying here when visiting Wangxian Valley.

The hotel is in the perfect location if you wanna visit TengWang pavillion. It's just right across the pavillion. From the moment we arrive at the reception, we feel warm with the friendly service. Our room is facing the TengWang pavillion with little extra bucks. Nice view both at day & night. Breakfast is decent with good choice. Kudos to all the staff in Mercure hotel. Especially thanks to Alex at reception who assisted me to contact the person on my next day at WangXian valley.

Very nice new hotel oversee the beautiful lake. Breakfast is excellent with wide variety of food. Fresh juice is very refreshing for the morning. Highly recommended

I stayed in the Twin Superior Room for four nights and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room daily. The hotel staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.

A real hidden gem! A haven of peace with a warm and very helpful staff. Perfect stay. Highly recommended! The only point that could be improved is the breakfast management, which felt a bit below the otherwise excellent standards of the hotel.

Itinerary: 3 days and 2 nites in Nanchang (hotel will be provided) Location: Close to attractions (you can walk to places like Wisteria Pavilion, Wanshou Palace, Frog Street Nite Market, and Dasi Courtyard), which saves on transportation costs. Food: There is a whole row of food behind the hotel. Mainly, it's too cold in February, but there are restaurants near the hotel, making it convenient to walk 5 minutes to enjoy the food. Breakfast: Baofa Gan Cuisine Restaurant, their prices are reasonable. Dinner: Gan Liu Ji. Jiangxi stir-fry. Of course, the hotel also offers delicious food, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Service: Since I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM with a reservation, the hotel staff gave my room to someone else. However, the next day they upgraded me to a room by the window facing the street. I didn't sleep well, so it's better not to do that, even tho I could see the outside scenery. Finally, when checking out, with the hotel's permission, I took the conditioner, shampoo, and body wash because I really liked their subtle fragrance. 行程：南昌3天2夜(酒店会提供) 位置：靠近景点(走路都可以到藤王阁，万寿宫，蛤蟆街夜市和大士院等) ，这样少付一些交通费用。 美食：酒店后面有一整排美食。主要2月份太冷，在酒店附近有餐馆，方便走5分钟就可以享用美食。 早餐：宝发赣菜馆，他们店价钱合理。 晚餐：赣六记. 江西小炒。 当然酒店也会提供美食，只是没有去品尝。 服务：由于我预定房间11pm抵达酒店，酒店服务员提供给别人，但第二天升级靠窗和马路上，但睡眠不好，最好还是不要，虽然可以看到外面风景。最后退房，经过酒店同意，带走护发素，洗发露和沐浴露，因味道香淡，我满喜欢的。
