Very spacious two bedroom apar**ent in a convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the main ***** and beach. The apar**ent has a living area and kitchen with a sofa bed, table and chairs, the kitchen has a full size fridge, 4 ring hob and combi oven. 2 bedrooms have 2 si gle beds in each. We had a balcony with a view of the pool. The pool is small but nice enough and the area around the pool was clean, sun bed hire is €2 each. There is also a mini golf just next to pool, the little hut selling alcohol and snacks was very reasonable. €200 deposit on arrival for breakages but you get that back on departure. Would definitely stay here again.

Receptionist! Very unprofessional, very arrogant, ignorant and goofy. Rooms! Very good for price. Love to punch Receptionist 👊. That's all I can say about the place. I'm just typing now because I need to use 200 characters in my review, I need to use some more now

For anyone travelling to this apar**ent exactly this location I would never recommend it at all, I will tell you a bit about my trip. I been travelling to Salou and Cap Salou for the past 5 years and so far I been staying in a few places in cap Salou and been amazing so far. However this time in December I want to be in town when I know December is quite dead in Salou. I paid to stay in Salou from the 22th till 03 Of January 2024 and we decide to leave as the apar**ent was absolute dirty in all the way kitchen, bathroom, living rooms and also we have a few night where the light was all gone. I went to the receptionist and she was absolute no help at all, useless in all the way I told her my concern and she said she will sent some one next day in the morning at 10 am and nothing , went back to her and I asked her if she could send someone and she acted like Oh no one went there and finally the receptionist sent the Maintenance guy and the solution was no given I told him all the concerned and say thing I will send someone next day and nothing. Then on the 25/26 I went back to the receptionist to giver her again my concern and say tomorrow and nothing so I decided on the 27 to tell them I will check out earlier due my concern and they didn’t care so I pay around 900 euros and they haven’t pay me my deposit ( wich they don’t say on the email Or booking ) and the remaining balance of these day 28th December till 03 January. If you are looking a place for family/ holiday and having a good time and a good accommodation I would say don’t recommend this place at all.

After booking then reading more reviews we honestly thought of staying elsewhere but just went on with our booking . The Apar**ents are dated and the mattress really needed replacing as you basically sleeping on springs this was the low points . The Reception staff were all very helpful and friendly and although we like others had to pay the € 200 holding Deposit in case of breakages or leaving the Apar**ent dirty . This was returned to our account within hours after inspection. The Apar**ents are very central and close to shops , restaurants and the beach but need updating .

We arrived around 23.30pm at night We paid the 200 euro deposit also the tourist tax that was around 15 euro. We was in room 517 2 bedrooms we didn't see any cockroaches in our room only on the bottom floor as we was coming back at night I must point out that I also saw cockroachs on the sea front near the restaurants The room was clean Yes the beds are a little hard, and our air con didn't work but it was fine we left the balcony doors open and our windows at night Some nights it was a little loud but nothing major just people having enjoying there holiday or returning from a night out The pool was ok my only issue with that is people smoking beside the pool and flicking Ash on the floor, someone was smoking ******** by the pool one day in front of children I could also smell ******** coming from the next apar**ent from ours but I didn't have children so I didn't mind that but around the pool is disrespectfull when children are playing The location is amazing it's close to everything No kettle / hairdryer but I guess you can hire these for a price We had to buy the cleaning items and toilet roll as the apar**ent dont provide them Hey its the price you pay for the accommodation don't expect 5 star We enjoyed our holiday had many laughs we would stay there again

Arrived on the 21st of September this year ... really haven't anything bad to say about this hotel other then if they gave bigger towels it would be a bonus. It's was spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely. Pool was fab,opened at 11am there is toilets available and a baby changing area at the pool . There's a pool side bar that does pizza beers cold drinks snacks etc .It's so so central to all the bars and restaurants,and only a 5 minute walk from the beach. There is a €200 deposit that you have to pay on arrival,and we got it back within days of landing home. We were able to get a late check out at 5pm ,and after that they aloud us to put our bags in a holding area free of charge.Would definitely go back had a fantastic holiday.

Arrived at reception on 14th of September.on Arrival,staff extremely rude ignoring us.speaking in there language and not greeting us on arrival. We were nice and tried our best to get booked in.we were told that we hadnt paid for our package in full they wanted 200 euros each more x 3 of us.we had paid love holidays completely well in advance.Told apar**ents not ready come back at 11.Also were being ask for security deposits which it started at 30 euros.Then on return at 11oclock it jumped to 200 euros each tobe paid upfront.when we asked could we check apar**ents first to make sure theres no damage to apar**ents before we paid anymore money or security deposits.we were told no we could not inspect the properties.This set pur alarm bells ringing.so if there was damage to apar**ents and we paid up.we had no proof that damage was there on arrival.so myself and 2 family members. one who has special needs.were left in the reception with no help no where to leave our bags or freshen up.after our flight.which was extremely stressful to us and our family member who didnt understand.we could just stand there as they then said come back at 5 in the evening.we couldn't do that,and take risk of no accommodation at night.so I asked again to see properties apar**ents and get us sorted.We were told if we didnt pay up we were not getting keys.so i said we are leaving,there didnt care and were no help at all.That day our partners contacted love Holidays as we were trying to reassure our special needs family member,who was upset.Love holidays have been no help,3 people were all paid up with them,we didnt get to stay in apar**ents as we were refused,caused we would give in to bullying and a scam to charge us extra amounts of money for accommodation seperate to the security deposits that they changed ranging from 30 to 200 euros each.we thankfully booked into a very nice hotel no thanks to love holidays or this companys apar**ents.I read other reviews and its totally true stay clear of theses apar**ents. Be warned they will try scam you.Were still waiting on love holidays to refund us for our moneys that we paid to them.we did not stay at theses apar**ents.

I just want to say something real quick all of you guys r complaining about it being too noisy but your the people who booked someone near the main streets if you have a problem with noice maybe book somewhere less central other people are on holiday too and you can’t expect the workers to kick off at people on the street just so you can have a good night sleep buy earplugs if it bothers you that much it’s not that hard. Stayed here as a family the noise was bearable with out earplugs!! Had a great time great amenities only thing is the one toilet paper roll per room but that problem was fixed for us by walking downstairs to the lovely little shop and buying some ourselves great location good vibes no complaints

Went here last year with family and didn’t see any problems. Apar**ent was spotless , location was amazing , reception a bit so but your on holiday what’s the rush !! Gave our deposit when we got there and got it back when leaving as we left the place as we found it .. spotless !! Going again this august and can’t wait , so central !! Thank you los pecas x
