The hotel is Ok. Good location, good price. Breakfast is basic but good! The personal is not friendly

Had a comfortable and budget friendly stay here.

Very disappointing.

My stay here was awful. The pictures are not accurate. First off, the front desk man was not friendly and unhelpful. The hallways smelled like sewage and **** (despite being a non-smoking hotel). In our room, there was a body fluid stain on the blanket, and when we got a new room, the AC unit did not work.

Hotel is definitely what you pay for. Location is decent but front desk owners/employees are rude, disrespectful and all around unhelpful.

The location is convenient to downtown Salt Lake City. However, The bedspreads were either dirty or stained. The toilet seat was very loose. The mattresses were old. One of the law tags said it was 2013 and the other looked like it said 2003. I couldn't really tell due to the stain on it. We saved some money staying here but it wasn't worth it.

You know it’s going to be bad when you have to talk to the desk clerk through a hole in safety glass. The paint is chipped, the finishes dated, and the outside is lit by 5 glaring flood lights much like a prison perimeter. Plus there’s plenty of unseemly folks in the area.

BED BUGS My usual hotel wasn't available choose this one found live bed bug crawling on me in the bed so grossed out I called front desk they didn't sound surprised wanted to change my room no thanks I left they said they would refund one night of my 2 nights they didn't slum lord hole in the wall should be ashamed of them selves BED BUGS

This place is awful. It was dirty, people were smoking in there rooms. I got to my room and it looked like someone was living in it. The bed wasn’t made the soap bar was open and used.

Employees were rude, room was nasty dirty lamp shade had what could have been blood on it, bed spread had animal hair all over. The oder was horribly smelled like animal feces. Tv didnt work had lines thru the screen as if there were rabbits ears hooked up. Remote didn't have a cover on it. Bathroom tub didnt drain, tolit didnt flush unless you flushed is a few time. Now the towels stained, nasty wouldnt have even dried my car off with them. We left went to thw front desk asked for a refund told us no. We had this booked for 2 nights.

It’s the right price for a single night stay. The room was clean but the common areas were well worn and our hallway had an odd smell. Staff was nice and the continental breakfast was ample.

I felt unsafe the moment walked in. I didn’t get any sleep because the walls were paper thin. People kept slamming the doors. I kept calling the the front desk and no one would answer. I should have none it was a bad place because as I was checking in there was 4 cops there. So book here, stay at the Hilton thats literally across the street. Crazy what one block different does.

I found old socks in my room… also spots on the sheets… it was very noisy, and I did feel unsafe

First room I got allotted to had non-functional aircon, they moved me to a different one and then the second room had torn bed sheets and the area under the bed had skittles all over it . The properly owner does not really take this property seriously I feel .
