Conveniently located in Itashao with on-site parking. A shopping street and a convenience store are right downstairs. It's incredibly easy to explore the area; you can catch a boat directly from the visitor center, and water pedal boats are available nearby. The only minor downsides were a slightly longer check-in process and somewhat limited dining options.

It's a shame, as the hotel has an excellent location. However, they really need to focus on providing better value for money. The owner should definitely visit international hotels to learn more about hospitality management and adopt a more forward-thinking approach.

Located right next to night market so no worry about food whatsoever. Could take some time to go to other major touristy spots but in general a good choice. Facilities are reasonable. Common lounge is loved by kids.

Positives - Great location. Great view of the lake. Comfy king size bed (without sagging!). Super strong shower. Bath tub with jacuzzi overlooking the lake. Golf cart to take us from the car park to the hotel. Room for improvement - No English tea! Average breakfast selection but my wife thinks it's good..

everything was okay except that my luggage handle did not work properly after i deposited my luggage with them and they delivered it to my room for me when i checked in afterwards. they denied damaging it but it waa definitely working previously. breakfast was so so, not much variety. room was still quite okay.

Lakefront hotel with spectacular view. Staff are courteous and responsive to inquires and needs. Breakfast is full buffet only if occupancy exceeds certain threshold. When offered, buffet does provide sufficient variety. Shuttle is available only to the parking lot. It so happens this side of the lake has cable car service to see aboriginal cultural center with activities. Lake has water activities and pier. Sufficient restaurants nearby offer good local cuisine. This side of the lake is accessible by shuttle bus or boat after getting off at the bus station. Highly recommended!

Very handy location with great service. Full of eatery nearby. 7-11 or family mart just behind corner.

Room has nice view of the lake. Good location with many street foods. Quiet environment to relax.
