Hotel berhampiran Biblioparque Nogales Saltillo, Saltillo

El pasado 15 de agosto, me hospedé con la intención de quedarme 28 días, sin embargo me retire el 1dia 7 por varios motivos. Primero me asignaron la habitación 36, con un desagradable olor de la alfombra vieja que tiene, pedí cambio a una sin alfombra, me cambié a la 40, la cual no servía el control para encender y apagar la pantalla de TV, pague la primera noche al llegar y solicite tarifa con desayuno incluido, el cual es malo, en la factura me desglosaron hospedaje y alimentos con costos separados, no obstante haber solicitado hospedaje con desayuno incluido en el concepto HOSPEDAJE. Se negaron a cambiar la factura, me tuve que quedar la segunda noche por qué se me hizo tarde por estar reclamando, me exigieron el pago desde las 8 am del día 16 o a las 12 sacarían mi equipaje de la habitación. Según por políticas del Hotel, Obvio para la tarde ya había resuelto un nuevo hospedaje en el centro de Saltillo con una excelente tarifa, habitaciones nuevas y lo principal un personal amable. Atento, y que le importa conservar a sus clientes, Estoy en Saltillo con 4 compañeros y ya hemos cubierto 15 días cada uno en el Hotel Colonial San Miguel, 60 noches pagadas que pudieron ser parte de las reservas de Capital O Saltillo.

Excellent room incorporating up to date design features, built in surfaces to open suitcases, a great bed. A great layout, room and bathroom, good lighting, good bed and good hot breakfast, and the comfortable sofa was placed in good position to watch TV. Blackout curtains did a good job of blocking outside light. Always prompt staff- took immediate action when we found the mini fridge didn’t work, and replaced it with a functioning one. The room was exceptionally quiet. The breakfast buffet was above average, and a pleasant surprise compared to Courtyards in the US. They had decaf coffee and expresso with a good taste. Need to get IT people in to fix the ‘guest’ wifi sign in, at least for Apple devices, and data rate.

I Will not post pictures as the ones available online are recent and accurate. I plan to come back to Saltillo, but not at this Extended Stays Hotel. It has the bare necessities in the room, and then less than expected. Did not make my due diligence, and only read it had a microwave, refrigerator, and a stove. Nice things to have right, but not a single glass or spoon or anything remotely connected to a kitchen. They have some for rent if You want them. The fridge was large but loud, may need some maintenance. Had to wait for towels to get cleaned, as the room had none when I checked in. No security box, but none is advertised. Nice ac, but forget about a blanket, the room had none. Since they charge for everything I did not bother to ask for one, so went back to My car to get some I had brought from Home for this tríp. They think a simple bed sheet will be enough, but that is wrong and feels cheap. Parking was nice. Low shower pressure, I was not expecting that. Be careful with the bed rest. My wife and I are apparently clumsy and both hit ourselves more than once in that thing. She even got a nasty scratch from the second time she run into it. But that is our fault. They Will only clean once a week for extended Stays, or anytime You need them to, for a fee. Having no blankets, no glasses or spoons was a low point for me. Why have anything that looks like a full kitchen, then have nothing to use it with...unless You pay more for it. Just plain cheap. Get rid of the kitchen instead so we know what to expect. Oh, and only one chair next to the desk, which You have to use if You eat in the room. Had to take turns to have a quick meal before going out. Just a poor experience.

Muy bonito y muy limpio. Nos dieron una suite en el quinto piso y era como un pequeño departamento. Muy amable el personal, la cama muy cómoda. Tiene una vista muy linda a la ciudad, una terraza en el quinto piso muy agradable y hasta un jacuzzi. Por $1,300 pesos la noche me pareció excelente.

房間很大，早餐一般，水果好吃，就是啥都爛糊糊的，不太適合國內的胃口，要麼自己帶方便麵，哈哈，提早訂房

Excellent service. Clean and spacious rooms. Great food. We only did an overnight stay on our way to Oaxaca. Hopefully the hotel stays this way as I’m hoping to make it our stopover on our way back to the border and again when we go back to Oaxaca. Again, great service and a very friendly staff.

La verdad quisiera calificarlos mejor pero el hotel tiene mucho que mejorar, quiero creer que se vieron sobrepasados ya que fueron uno de los hoteles sede del torneo nacional de básquetbol femenil U13 y tenían varios equipos hospedados, llegamos y tuvimos que esperar más de 1 hora para que nos dieran la habitación y eso que llegamos a las 5 de la tarde, el hotel en general bastante sucio, el elevador durante los 3 días que estuvimos tuvo los mismos Doritos tirados en el piso aún cuando les comenté en recepción que estaba muy sucio, los pasillos igual muy sucias las alfombras, bajó mucho la temperatura de un día para otro (de 28 a 14 grados) y pedí una cobija porque el cuarto no tiene calefacción y me dijeron que ya no tenían frazadas disponibles y me dejaron solo con la sábana y el delgado edredón, la habitación la limpiaron súper tarde todos los días, el área de desayuno también bastante sucia y tardaban mucho en reponer las cosas como la fruta y el jugo, en una ocasión tuvimos que ir hasta la cocina a pedir cosas, no hay nada cerca para comer y la única opción es pedir por Didi y aún asi no hay muchas opciones, las habitaciones de las niñas eran 1 cama y 1 sofá cama y el sofacama súper incómodo se le sentían todos los resortes, las tarjetas de los cuartos se desactivaban todos los días y había que regresar a recepción a qué las reactivaran, el aire acondicionado de uno de los cuartos en los días que nos hizo calor nunca bajo de 26 grados aún cuando se habló varias veces para que lo ajustarán, en general si vuelvo a la ciudad no creo considerar el hotel nuevamente, se ve que el hotel está muy corto de personal porque ves en el desayuno al gerente y a los de recepción trabajando en el desayuno

Located near to US embassy and they have arranged free shuttle to embassy for free . Recommended !!!
