Excellent room incorporating up to date design features, built in surfaces to open suitcases, a great bed. A great layout, room and bathroom, good lighting, good bed and good hot breakfast, and the comfortable sofa was placed in good position to watch TV. Blackout curtains did a good job of blocking outside light. Always prompt staff- took immediate action when we found the mini fridge didn’t work, and replaced it with a functioning one. The room was exceptionally quiet. The breakfast buffet was above average, and a pleasant surprise compared to Courtyards in the US. They had decaf coffee and expresso with a good taste. Need to get IT people in to fix the ‘guest’ wifi sign in, at least for Apple devices, and data rate.

cuartos medianos especiales para trabajadores, reducidos espacios solo para una persona, una almohada dura y otra suave. Buen desayuno buffet y recepcion calida. Tiene un gimnasio, zona cercana al área industrial.

Muy bonito y muy limpio. Nos dieron una suite en el quinto piso y era como un pequeño departamento. Muy amable el personal, la cama muy cómoda. Tiene una vista muy linda a la ciudad, una terraza en el quinto piso muy agradable y hasta un jacuzzi. Por $1,300 pesos la noche me pareció excelente.

I spend a few days with my husband in a business trip at Staybridge saltillo, and all that I can say is that I really felt like I was at home! Such a charming suites a very comfortable bed and even though the kitchen is all equiped if you miss the breakfast you're making such a crime! It is absolutely delicious and all the staff always with a big smile in their faces, the areas are quite clean and safe and all that I can say is that our stay was delightful, hope to back soon again with our friend at Staybridge!!!

I Will not post pictures as the ones available online are recent and accurate. I plan to come back to Saltillo, but not at this Extended Stays Hotel. It has the bare necessities in the room, and then less than expected. Did not make my due diligence, and only read it had a microwave, refrigerator, and a stove. Nice things to have right, but not a single glass or spoon or anything remotely connected to a kitchen. They have some for rent if You want them. The fridge was large but loud, may need some maintenance. Had to wait for towels to get cleaned, as the room had none when I checked in. No security box, but none is advertised. Nice ac, but forget about a blanket, the room had none. Since they charge for everything I did not bother to ask for one, so went back to My car to get some I had brought from Home for this tríp. They think a simple bed sheet will be enough, but that is wrong and feels cheap. Parking was nice. Low shower pressure, I was not expecting that. Be careful with the bed rest. My wife and I are apparently clumsy and both hit ourselves more than once in that thing. She even got a nasty scratch from the second time she run into it. But that is our fault. They Will only clean once a week for extended Stays, or anytime You need them to, for a fee. Having no blankets, no glasses or spoons was a low point for me. Why have anything that looks like a full kitchen, then have nothing to use it with...unless You pay more for it. Just plain cheap. Get rid of the kitchen instead so we know what to expect. Oh, and only one chair next to the desk, which You have to use if You eat in the room. Had to take turns to have a quick meal before going out. Just a poor experience.

The Hyatt Place is the nicest hotel in Saltillo. It’s gotten a little expensive with advertised rates converted to US Dollars at 20 to 1, but charged rates nearly 20% higher at the recent 17 to 1 or less exchange rate. Location is great with an attached Mall, complete with an Apple Store, DQ, Tim Hortons and some nice restaurants. Costco is immediately across the street, but be careful trying to cross, Has an excellent underground parking garage.

He viajado por toda la República especialmente en la parte norte, durante todo el año, siempre hospedándose en hoteles Fiesta Inn y Holiday Inn Express del cual es no tengo nada malo que decir sino al contrario. Los Fiesta Inn en Monterrey y Puebla mantienen los estándares de calidad de Grupo Posadas pero el de Saltillo debería cerrar en lo que terminan de remodelar: áreas sucias, personal nada capacitado, incomodidad y mal servicio son sus características. No hay áreas comunes limpias ni cómodas , la habitación está bien pero el servicio es fatal , tiene uno que perseguir, literal, a alguien para ser atendido especialmente en la adaptación que hicieron de restaurante, considero que deberían cerrar mejor y abrir cuando estén listos. Por fortuna regresó hasta octubre, si esto sigue así buscaré otra opción aunque tenga que solicitar a mi empresa ya que son ellos quienes nos reservan

PPengguna TetamuEl hotel está en muy buen estado, se ve que fue renovado hace poco. Las camas son amplias y cómodas. El servicio de limpieza excelente y se ve que le ponen mucha atención. El staff es amable. El desayuno que estaba incluido en nuestra tarifa s bastante completo y con opciones diferentes cada día. Fruta fresca, algo de proteínas, pan y hasta tostador. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y la u ubicación es excelente porque de ahí sales a todos lados.

Excellent service. Clean and spacious rooms. Great food. We only did an overnight stay on our way to Oaxaca. Hopefully the hotel stays this way as I’m hoping to make it our stopover on our way back to the border and again when we go back to Oaxaca. Again, great service and a very friendly staff.

PPengguna TetamuWe had booked this hotel for a weekend in Saltillo, which was about right. I wouldn't want to stay here for an extended period of time though. The private parking might or might not be safe, since it has open access to the street, but is a plus compared to having to leave you car out in the street. The hotel is old and looks it. The room, although sufficiently comfortable, was rather dilapidated. The first thing we noticed were ugly brown water stains around the door and from the airco switch, which might be hazardous for one's health. It didn't put our minds at ease that at the top floor above was a swimming pool. After checking it out we noticed it wasn't right above us so that was not the source of the stains.. phewww. Also on the top floor is a space for a restaurant which would be a great venue for a dinner with a night time view of the city but it's only opened for larger groups. Another missed opportunity for the management. When I went up to see if I could take some photos nonetheless some young men were cleaning broken glass from a window that had been broken while they mentioned the door had been forced. Makes one wonder about the security of the place. The service is friendly and they reacted immediately when I went to report a mob of teenagers who had come from the pool, yelling and screaming in the hallways and banging on the door of our room, which was rather unsettling for my wife. All in all a fairly good place for a short stay. Plusses: very near the historic centre and the interesting locations, economic. Cons: old, cheap, somewhat run down, no facilities such as restaurant or breakfast service.

If they change the matresses and pillows, and ALL the bedding it could be better, at least liveable.... I was there for several days in which when I got to the room I found the dirty sheets, I requested clean ones, which I changed,,, then I saw the mattress it was more than 20 years old, I know this because it had a written date of about 20 years ago, and maybe it was already used then!!! The blanket was filthy and the bed cover also, I throw them in the floor, I didn't even wanted to touch them... The next day the woman came to ”clean” the room and throw the filthy blanket on top of the clean sheets! so I requested no cleaning service for the rest of my stay, I did my own cleaning, I didn't want this woman to move my clean sheets and throw the filthy blanket on the bed again! But now the positive finds, it has great location in downtown and parking included is next door. The front desk staff is very helpful.
