Nice and clean

Los recepcionistas no aceptan bien que uno hubiese reservado y pagado antes. Las instalaciones son buenas pero ya anticuadas, los cuartos tienen varias reparaciones visibles. Funciona para estancia de una noche.

Rude people on front desk, cold water in the shower, anyone could help

Horrible room . AC would not get cold. Has to be moved tovanother room. Water leak in rest room.

No stairs very pricey por not having any stairs

I like the are and outside building, gardens but didn't like the room is too old.

Room was not ready at check in, booked the room for two people and there was only one towel...

Facilities do not look like the pictures, everything looks really old and in need of repairs or improvement, the key card kept failing and in need to be reprogrammed almost every day. Total misrepresentation of what the hotel actually looks like in real life

sink was clogged., service took about 20 minutes to fix .., then at night I took a shower and found tub had same problem.. hotel didn't have personnel to fix problem so my wife had to wait to take shower.., for breakfast took about 40 minutes to get food we got kind of dissapointed

The facility is in desperate need of an upgrade; especially in the washrooms. When turned on, the taps were extremely loud and the noise when the toilet was flushed sounded like a jet taking off. There were no hand towels or face clothes in the bathrooms; only bath towels and a bath mat. The hallway carpet was dirty and the outside entry doors into the facility were not secure.

Very nice experience and the price is ok

This hotel was rated 3.5/5.0 and I was disappointed of that rating, it should have been more like a 1.5/5.0. It's a very old and outdated hotel, new wallpaper and shower doors don't make it new. The carpet was old and it smelled bad, the shower had plenty of mold, and the sink and toilet were falling apart. I will never stay there again, there are plenty of new hotels in the same area.
