薩赫酒店在奧地利很有名。之前做攻略的時候看到的更多的是維也納的薩赫。關於薩爾茨堡的較少。這次出行實在想感受一下這家酒店，也考慮到費用問題（薩爾茨堡更便宜一些），就在salzburg訂了sacher。
酒店前台非常友好，知道我中國人還用散裝簡單的漢語和我聊天，她説她曾經學過一年中文，衹是都快還給老師了😂。辦完check-in會親自領我去房間，告訴我蛋糕可以樓下商店購買或café 喝下午茶的時候點。至於蛋糕的味道，我是重度巧克力甜食愛好者，我是喜歡的（邊上的奶油可以解膩）。
需要注意的是，酒店下午會送一次下午茶，也會送兩塊sacher蛋糕哦[偷笑R] ，早上感覺單人自助有點貴，選擇叫room service便宜一半多，結果很驚艷。咖啡直接給一壺，煮出來的味道真的頂[強]酸奶果醬不説了，每次去歐洲的最愛了😻對着窗外吃早餐真的很不錯，雨天也沒有影響心情。
酒店的長廊和房間的佈置都很有特色，每間房間各不相同。總而言之，Salzburg偶爾腐敗一下的話這家sacher真的不錯。

1. The hotel forgot to clean our room when we left the room at 2:30pm with the cleaning notification turned on.
We have to wait another 30minutes at the lounge bar when we got back at 10:00pm late at night.
2. The electric kettle we requested from the hotel is with a lot of water stain. in such case i didn't drink the water boiled from the kettle.
3. Overall the reception's service attitude is good.
4. the suite doesn't have the view which cannot be told from the booking info page.
5. the cleaner staff forgot to refill some drinking water when finished cleaning the room. no water to drink.

The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the central train station and bus station which is convenient if you are travelling to other places for example, Konigssee and Hallstatt. It is a bit further from the main attractions of Salzburg, around 15 minutes walk. There is no door for the shower and there is a see through glass between the bedroom and shower, not too private if you are travelling with someone else. Shower and toilet are separated. There is an electronic blinds available outside the window, which keep a bit privacy from the room to the outside. Drinking water is only available on the ground floor outside the reception. Reception is helpful but compared to my previously experience, doesn’t feel very welcoming. There are restaurants and a 24-hours kiosk store around the hotel.

Location: I like that bus stops are very near the hotel to go to the popular spots in the city. Far enough from the crowd but not too far from necessities such as supermarket (Billa) and a very good restaurant (Fuxn).
Room: I am completely supportive of hotels not supplying disposables. Be prepared to have your own toiletries!
Only trouble I had was the curtains in my room 110 didn’t close all the way and the balcony was open to occupants of the neighboring rooms. Had to find lots of ways to keep my room covered!
Complimentary bottle of water is per stay, not per day.
I see people complaining about the lighting in the rooms, but I think it’s the theme of the hotel and I personally like the style.
Cleanliness: very satisfied with the daily housekeeping standards!

3 mins walk to train station. Nearby got shopping mall and grocery store. Spacious room. Bathroom a bit old style however the plus point is having heater inside the bathroom. PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful experience in this B&B. The room was clean, which echoed with all the reviews here. You could experience the passion and perseverance of the owners in keeping everything not only neat and tidy, but amazingly dustless and spotless! If you look at the mirror, and the tissue box in the toilet, the level of shine and reflection is at its top! The bed was big and comfortable. The design of the room was modern. Tea and coffee are available inside the room.
Breakfast comprised of a wide variety of fresh fruits chopped into small cubes and delicately put into little cocktail glasses, all sorts of bread, yoghurt, ham, spreads. Alex would welcome all customers warmly with offerings of coffee, tea and eggs that were made by him. I saw on reviews that he made perfect eggs and it was really true! The fried eggs that I ordered were prepared with crispy edges, what a morning delight!
All the details and passion ( and the amount of time and dedication one can imagine) that this family put into this B&B deserve a 5-star rating. From its hardware to attitude, this is the best I have ever experienced as a tourist.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Goldglasse. It is a very small hotel. There is no lobby just a little room where we checked in by a delightful lady (sorry I didn't catch her name). She offered us a glass of sparkling wine or tea and then showed us to our room. The room was very spacious with a separate seating area. The bathroom was clean, bright and modern and the shower was great. The little details sometimes make or break a hotel stay for me and there was such great attention to detail here. There were luxury feeling products in the bathroom including conditioner and body lotion which you often don't get. There was a kettle as well as a high quality coffee maker. Even the hairdryer was of a much better standard than normal hotel hairdryers. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great - right in the old town and not more than 10 mins walk from all the main sights. Lovely bakery at the end of the road (turn right out of the hotel). Overall a great little hotel that I would highly recommend.

TTakakohazenutThe location is superb right in the heart of the Old Town. If you are going during Christmas period, the main Christmas market will be just metres away. Right by the Cathedral, Dom Quartier, close by to the funicular bringing you up to Fortress Hohensalzburg, and if you continue walking uphill, you will reach the abbey featured in the Sound of Music :)
Service is good, but amenities are close to none (just disposable slippers, rough towels, a small kettle, safe and a multi-purpose shower/shampoo gel). Also, they NEVER vacuum the room. They just make up your bed and replaced used towels. When I dropped an earring and looked below my bed. Omg, all the dust balls. And the gaps are very wide, they could have vacuumed, no excuse

Unfortunately, staying at this hotel was one that I had to have an unpleasant situation every day such as:
-I ran out of water in the room, the receptionist with Asian features informed me that only by buying 2 bottles of water (which cost me €9 or something) with a bored and indignant tone I can have water in the room. The next day going to breakfast I saw by myself that in the lobby of the hotel they have courtesy lemon water in a big jar.
- Unclear information received from reception
I missed breakfast because I was not informed that breakfast is at different times on certain days.
- Lack of clear communication between the cleaning staff and those at the reception: non-functional hair dryer in the room, changed after 4 days and still functional in the room. The hair dryer could not be changed because the technician only worked on Monday and on Thursday evening I noticed that it was not working. So I had to buy a hair dryer(€48- I couldn't find anything cheaper) I had the possibility to change the room but I was already tired because I had changed a room because of the noise from the street.
- Rooms with a view to the street, to the front of the hotel, are uncomfortable because with the closing of the windows you can still hear the noise in the room from the cars.
The only receptionist who was professional and empathetic was Anna and who managed to solve my minimum requirements.

BBenny Hon ChungThis hotel's location is excellent. It is about 15 minutes walk to the old town centre and 10 minutes to the railway station. The meeting point for local tours to Hallstatt and other places is just around the corner. The reception staff are always attentive and polite. They have greeted me with a smile whenever they saw me. The restaurant Mirabelle's Italian cuisine is one of the best I have ever tasted. The staff there are very welcoming and caring. The hotel's room service delivered very good food at a reasonable price too. The room is of a good size and the bed is comfortable. The only thing I don't like is the noise of the vehicle clearing rubbish bins. It always woke me up before six in the morning. So choose the rooms on the garden side if there is a choice.

PPengguna TetamuMy husband and I stayed here during Christmas and the hotel had a festive cheer with its tasteful decorations. Check-in process was really smooth and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious - plenty of room to move around even with our 2 large suitcases opened. We forgot that our booking came with free breakfasts so we missed out on the first morning. Nevertheless, the breakfast choice was good and we especially loved the sausages. Though the hotel is located quite a long walk away from the old town, we couldn’t complain as the price was reasonable and we had a pleasant stay. Plus, there’s ample parking space (extra charge) in the hotel grounds and is very well lit at night, making us feel safe even when leaving and returning to the hotel late at night.

PPengguna TetamuI love this hotel a lot. it’s a small family owned one but very neat and tidy, breakfast tastes so good and the staff are all very nice. it’s around just 5 minutes walk to central train station which makes it so much easier for us after long whole day trips. It definitely worth staying!

SSKMCarmenDidn’t really have a good experience on this but thank god Trip did compensate a small fee. The room is good, the hotel is good BUT whoever that has booked please read this:-
1. Make sure they send you a pin code to enter the hotel at least 3 days before or else keep emailing and calling before you reach. There is no workers all automated if you reach and have no code to enter you are stranded! Yes there is a phone to call but Im not sure why the phone doesn’t work properly!! I called 7 times only to 1 time they pick up. And finally after waiting in the cold for 30 mins they let me know the pin code to enter. Its very hard to contact the hotel maybe because im not using local phone number. Contacted trip and they themselves couldn’t contact them in time. According to the hotel, there should be an email from them with instructions and code.
2. Yes, I do love the concept of having no one to check in but at least leave like an ipad or a screen for guest to check and contact???
3. Rooms were nice, blinds were automatic. Clean and have smart tv. They do have elevators thank god.
Besides the ‘PIN number’ enter check in, its all good.

Aam HoHotel location is quite convenient within walking distance from metro. There is a bus stop near the hotel too.
The main entrance is slightly away from the main road so actually not easy to spot.
We checked in quite late and there is no one at the counter which we find it a bit unusual though we could hear someone talking.
Overall the staff is fine, willing to explain where we could go for sightseeing, which bus stop has the ticket machine, even suggest us to buy a 24hr ticket so we saved the hassle to keep buy bus/metro tickets.

I had a very good sleep.
However, there is no privacy because there is no cover up curtain for every bed.
And also no in room locker provider.
Additionally, the bathroom does not have an air vantilator, I barely can't breathe.
Beside than that, over all are good.
The entire system is just like a hotel.
